Paris Hilton? Michael Jackson? Winona Ryder? Barbra Stresiand? Snooki?
The one that still makes me laugh the hardest is Jennifer Lopez (both as herself and imitated by Cartman's hand) and Ben Affleck.

While I agree about Jennifer Lopez, and find myself singing the songs frequently - especially while reading the recent Ben Afleck thread, I do appreciate the Barbra Streisand for the following response to the question, "Do you know who I am?"
Well, you ain't Fiona Apple, and if you ain't Fiona Apple, I don't give a rat's ass.
I still use that to this day.

None of those are actual cameos, though. The funniest cameo was Jennifer Aniston in the Rainforest episode.

JLO and Ben Affleck was the absolute peak of celebrity culture and South Park. Season 7, the season of the Jennifer Lopez episode, is the best season of South Park. As celebrity culture changed, South Park's take on it became less funny. I didn't like what they did with Michael Jackson or Kanye West because both of those guys are obviously unwell.

Their takedown of JLo's awful attitude at the time was legendary. She really was that much of a bitch - she takes after her mom.
I think she has softened a little the past 15 years due to age and also because of all the stories about her that were put out there.
Still don't like her - people like that don't change. Her niceness in TV just screams phoney to me.

I vote for Lopez as well

Their J-Lo takedown was legendary. They totally eviscerated her.
I felt bad for Sally Struthers. She cried when her episode came out that had her as Jabba the Hut stealing food from the mouths of the starving African children.

As far as real cameos, I enjoy George Clooney as the dog, and Jay Leno as the cat.
I love that when they wanted to be involved, Matt and Trey decided to fuck with them by offering demeaning roles. I like even more that they actually took those demeaning roles.

^ And they repaid Clooney and Leno by roasting them to charred bits in later episodes.
