Sounds like Madden. There was video of Richard taking Froy with him when the whole cast flew to Spain for some location shooting for the upcoming series "Citadel". Also he and Froy sat together at a cast birthday dinner in Spain. I'm sure Froy has hung out on set with him most of the time.
Could be Pascal too. But I don't know if there's a well rumored boyfriend as in the case of Madden, is there?

No. He actually got married to the love interest on the show. As for the Pascal guess, I'm inclined to think its him because it mentions being successful in *two* franchises and the 'similar blind' that acts as a clue underneath was a solved one about Lena and Jerome Flynn. Most of the comments there are suggesting Pedro. I think the clues fit.
