I ordered parchment paper liners for my air fryer from Amazon. They are 8 inch perforated rounds and fit perfectly in the basket and will make clean up easier.

I just slept for eight hours straight. I think that happens maybe once a year. I'm excited to think of the energy I'll have today as I wrap up my Christmas preparations. Still in a nice fog from it, having coffee now.

I didn't look up on the Google thingy the original punctuation of Berlin's written lyrics.
Is he dreaming of a white Christmas while writing his cards? Or, is he actually, in his cards, writing, "May your days be merry and bright and may all your Christmas's be white?

I'm trying my hand at Sticky Toffee Pudding this year. I will use the America's Test Kitchen recipe from YT. I probably should use an English recipe but I choose to look at it as a blending of the two cultures.

I will go out this week and buy a rack for roasting meat. I had to use my toaster oven rack because my turkey breast needed to be elevated.
I put together Cosmo's cat tower on Christmas Day. Only 2 mistakes but other than that, it was pretty easy. He's still scoping it out but I think he'll like being able to see out of the office in my office/2nd bedroom.
