I can remember being very relieved when Trump got the nomination not Cruz. Cruz is the devil. He thinks he's going to run for President again but Texas Republicans know he lost the 2018 election to Beto. The Texas Civil Rights Project analyzed voter data after that election and found out almost 300,000 votes had either been discarded (in minority districts and at college campuses) or fiddled when the voting machines which strangely switched the Senate vote when you voted a straight Democratic ticket to Cruz. People reported it massively and unless you noticed what the machine had done at the end, you couldn't complain your vote had been switched.

At Cruz's "victory" celebration, he broke down in tears thanking Greg Abbott. I'll say. Why do you think Republicans are convinced voting machines were cheating Trump? Because they were fiddled in Texas to cheat Beto. When Democrats complained, the Secretary of State in Texas (who is appointed by the Governor) said it was due to 'voter error'. How do you make a mistake in one category - the Senate - when the only button you punched was for a straight Democratic ticket?

Re: R28: The unvaccinated are decimating America's supply of antivirals and Regeneron so any vaccinated, any vaccinated who have serious comorbidies, or those who want to get vaccinate but are unable to do so because of medical reasons happen to contract COVID, then the chances of them being able to get the proper treatment is massively lessened. The therapeutic has to be timed correctly or the efficacy is affected. The oral version (tablet) is still under review by the FDA and there is no timetable as to when/if it will be deemed safe/effective nor how long it will take to produce/ship/stock. Or the cost of such a medication.
