One more time, do we think Eminem is bisexual/gay?

Pardon me, but I just rediscovered his music after watching 8 Mile the other night. Does any other rapper joke about being gay so much? Even in his recent music he still says faggot and talks about dicks in other men’s mouths. Why talk about gay sex so much for over 20 years if it isn’t on your mind… Plus, has he dated anyone since his divorce? I watched an interview of him from a few years ago and the queen clearly has a surprising amount of cosmetic surgery given who he is. He seems to have grown a beard to hide wrinkles or extra skin which he clearly dyes that atrocious shoe polish color. He has veneers too and looks like he uses Botox and maybe a face lift. Do straight men care this much about their appearance? Especially a rapper as opposed to a screen actor? His friendship/sponsorship with Elton John is also suspicious because I’m not sure how much they could have in common if he were straight. I could be wrong. I also think his devotion to his kids seems abnormal for a supposedly straight guy. Maybe all of this can be chalked up to the guy having a low/absent libido after going through methadone treatment for drug addiction. Can anyone indulge me on this gossip, I’m eager to fuel delusion tonight.

by Anonymousreply 177December 21, 2021 10:04 PM

He dislikes women and gay men and only likes straight men. But there is not much luck there, so he must be some sort of volcel- voluntary celibatory.

by Anonymousreply 1December 5, 2021 8:47 AM

He’s a twat and I never understood his popularity.

by Anonymousreply 2December 5, 2021 8:49 AM

Was he on heroin? I very much think he is not bi, but full-on gay.

by Anonymousreply 3December 5, 2021 8:50 AM

I hope he’s not gay actually, we don’t want him. Those cold, dead eyes are a real boner killer.

by Anonymousreply 4December 5, 2021 8:51 AM

I see pictures of him rarely but when I do, he always looks like a drag king. When did that look start for him?

by Anonymousreply 5December 5, 2021 8:56 AM

I can’t remember a time I’ve heard him rap about a woman being attractive to him in a song. It’s refreshing since most music is about sex and romance. It’s also kinda gay.

by Anonymousreply 6December 5, 2021 9:01 AM

Who cares about this douche? What's next, are Fred Durst and Kid Rock gay?

by Anonymousreply 7December 5, 2021 9:06 AM

R3, I believe he was on Vicodin and ambien. He overdosed on the apparent equivalent of “4 bags of heroin” in 2007 which he was allegedly unaware that it was heroin.

R5, he does have that look now, it’s sad. I think it started after he tried to quit his drug addiction. In 2007 he gained 100lbs being a binge eater. Then he lost it all (and clearly more) after apparently becoming addicted to running and doing 17 miles per day. I think that rapid weight gain and loss kinda fucks up a person’s appearance and hormone levels, which could explain it. The plastic surgery, veneers, hair/beard dye, and the weird waxy foundation he always wears in photos definitely make him look like a drag king.

by Anonymousreply 8December 5, 2021 9:07 AM

Didn't he have a mad affair with Brittany Murphy when making 8 Mile?

by Anonymousreply 9December 5, 2021 10:35 AM

Funny how his wife and Brittany both look like his mother that he hated so much.

by Anonymousreply 10December 5, 2021 10:58 AM

I think it boils down to two things: mommy issues and unrequited love with his baby mother Kim. Well, and the third is I think he’s been protected by his people for his whole career.

by Anonymousreply 11December 5, 2021 11:57 AM

He's weird, but very, very rich, so he can afford to be weird and complex. He can also afford to satisfy whatever weird sexual scenarios he can make up. I would say at this point in his life he's more incel then anything else

by Anonymousreply 12December 5, 2021 12:18 PM

R4 He is ready for gay porn!

by Anonymousreply 13December 5, 2021 12:34 PM

I don't care. I think he was an industry plant and overstayed his welcome. Hip-hop was always popular since the late 80s but many white parents saw it as the devil. Eminem was used by the industry to make it palatable and increase revenue. It helps he was legitimately a gifted lyricist and came from a poverty stricken background. His music was satirical and had substance. Black rappers like Dr Dre endorsed him and Em rose up as an underground rapper and popular in the Black community. When he went mainstream in the late 90s, he got pushed hard by MTV. Became popular with the white population which ironically he lampooned. He was a trashy sec symbol for the MAGAt crowd he despised. He got so much promotion over other rappers and he declined in quality but kept getting overexposed. He is a stunt queen extraordinare. He starts beefs to keep himself relevant and he had not grown at all as an artist.

I do think he's bisexual but he's so repulsive to me.

by Anonymousreply 14December 5, 2021 2:13 PM

Nice to here from 1997

by Anonymousreply 15December 5, 2021 2:18 PM

Why are you guys acting like Eminem is such a blast from the past?

He has 11 #1 albums, he’s sold 230 million worldwide, and he’s still the best-selling artists of the century.

His last album was in 2020, went #1 and the last single from it was a Top 3 hit.

He’s still even big with Gen Z.

I don’t know what you old queens are talking about acting like he’s washed up and a blast from the past.

I think you guys are old and out of touch.

by Anonymousreply 16December 5, 2021 2:31 PM

“Old and out of touch”? From the site that still discusses Golden Girls, Family and Dynasty?

by Anonymousreply 17December 5, 2021 2:35 PM

He did seem bi to me tbh. Wasn't there rumours of him and Dre? Who knows. I watched this doc where he was high on X once. He did well and wanted to raise his kid. It's to be commended obviously coming from an abusive home

by Anonymousreply 18December 5, 2021 2:35 PM

[quote] I also think his devotion to his kids seems abnormal for a supposedly straight guy.

RME

by Anonymousreply 19December 5, 2021 2:35 PM

It’s true he’s still popular with the youngsters. My 10yo nephew is obsessed with the song “Lose Yourself.”

by Anonymousreply 20December 5, 2021 2:37 PM

He definitely has resting bitch face.

by Anonymousreply 21December 5, 2021 2:41 PM

[quote] I also think his devotion to his kids seems abnormal for a supposedly straight guy.

This may be one of the dumbest things I've ever read.

by Anonymousreply 22December 5, 2021 2:52 PM

watch him play a tough crowd and win!

by Anonymousreply 23December 5, 2021 2:57 PM

The fact he’s the bestselling artist of the century just tells you everything you need to know about how fucked up our culture is. His work is vile and he is vile.

by Anonymousreply 24December 5, 2021 3:01 PM

Didn't he get really fat and have a heart attack?

by Anonymousreply 25December 5, 2021 3:04 PM

R24 it means from 2000 onwards , THIS century, not of all time/in the past 100 years

by Anonymousreply 26December 5, 2021 3:09 PM

R14 Eminem is no Teena Marie or Jon B in the black community but he’s highly respected. Teena and Jon are white but they were adopted by the black community. Eminem’s not adopted.

Eminem acknowledges he’s a guest in hip-hop, he’s not afraid to confront racial issues in hip-hop or say the reason why he sold so many records was because he was white. He addressed it all on “White America”.

And he made a lot of black people rich. 50 Cent being the greatest example.

Justin Timberlake, G-Eazy, Macklemore, Machine Gun Kelly, Vanilla Ice are culture vultures.

Justin Timberlake has DENIED black influence. I remember his first album when people asked him about being inspired by Michael Jackson, he said it was Gene Kelly and Fred Astaire. Which was total bullshit. I hate that guy.

Eminem was never that.

Mac Miller came closest to Eminem in terms of respect.

by Anonymousreply 27December 5, 2021 3:16 PM

R14 is speaking my language. Eminem is both a gifted rapper and a complete industry creation. Just look at the number of multi-label promotions behind his various on-record appearances in the year of his mainstream debut in 1999. It's unprecedented and staggering.

by Anonymousreply 28December 5, 2021 3:24 PM

Also definitely a queen.

by Anonymousreply 29December 5, 2021 3:25 PM

R24 He was vile and that’s why he sold.

He represented so many things. He was the white boy in the black neighborhood everyone liked. He spoke for white trash Middle America, he was the class clown. He made being a “wigger” cool which ultimately made that term disappear because it caught on.

He wasn’t a bad boy, he was a loser and it spoke to a lot of teenage boys and men.

And musically and visually he tied in all the satire of late 90’s pop culture and things like Columbine and the outrage of music and art at that time.

Eminem was the millennial’s Madonna.

I was in the 6th grade when he came out with his first album. By junior high school, half of the boys in my school had bleached blonde hair.

Just like how people describe Madonna when she first came out, he was like your friends cooler older brother you wanted to hang out with.

by Anonymousreply 30December 5, 2021 3:38 PM

R28 He was signed by Jimmy Iovine in the late 90’s. It’s hard to fail with industry guys like Jimmy Iovine, Tommy Mattolla, or Clive Davis backing you. Especially in the 90’s when there were millions being thrown around.

The 90’s was the most decadent era of the music industry. In pop and hip-hop and R&B, going Platinum was considered a failure. Because sales were so high, budgets were so big.

I remember I used to watch the Hits Daily Double charts where you could see the Top 50 weekly sales. Around a time like this 20 years ago, the first week of December, an album that charted at #50 would be like 80,000 albums sold.

People blame Napster and illegal downloading for the decline of music sales. My theory has always been the death of record shops and devaluing music by marking it down and selling it at Wal Mart next to video games and DVDs.

by Anonymousreply 31December 5, 2021 3:51 PM

Lose yourself is a brilliant song and he gave a good performance in a pretty great film. So there's that

by Anonymousreply 32December 5, 2021 3:54 PM

R32, his acting in 8 Mile was incredible, especially for someone who isn’t an actor. It felt like it channeled the raw emotion that American actors are known for.

by Anonymousreply 33December 5, 2021 3:58 PM

As far as Eminem’s sexuality, I don’t know.

It’s true, there’s never been talk about his love life with the exception of Mariah Carey. She denied their relationship and then he did that song where he leaked snippets of her drunk in his recording studio in the song.

Some people choose parenthood over relationships after they have a kid from a horrifying relationship. I have a friend my age who knocked up a girl when he was 18/19 and his son is his everything. He’d rather be with his son or his friends than deal with female bullshit. Guys are typically not like that, they usually dump their children for other women but there’s a few who are the complete opposite. I feel like that’s how Eminem was. He chose fatherhood.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he sucked a little dick or did some jerking off with friends during his white trash days.

by Anonymousreply 34December 5, 2021 4:00 PM

R34, I feel the same way about him choosing fatherhood. I mean, raising a kid from another man that your wife cheated on you with is a real high road move. The ex wife AND mom seem like complete psychopathic trash. Both of them tried to sue him over their own actions and lost. Tell me how it’s not hysterical to cheat on your spouse, then slit your wrists only deep enough to make a headline, then sue the spouse you cheated on for “making you” attempt suicide because he made a song about how hurt he was over your infidelity. That shit is fucked up.

by Anonymousreply 35December 5, 2021 4:04 PM

The Mariah diss is pretty hilarious. The way he uses her own voice, LOL. Also quite telling how Mariah and Nick both shut the fuck up after it.

Offsite Link
by Anonymousreply 36December 5, 2021 4:07 PM

I can totally buy that Eminem fucked Mariah, and that she can't remember it.

by Anonymousreply 37December 5, 2021 4:11 PM

R35 Right. You look at his psycho mother and his psycho ex-wife and then say “how come there haven’t been any other women in his life! He must be gay!” Like they did a number on him. I’m sure he’s terrified of women.

The other thing is he was definitely not considered attractive growing up. He’s very inbred looking white trash.

He didn’t really start finding himself sexy until “Encore”.

by Anonymousreply 38December 5, 2021 4:13 PM

That "Superman" song is the worst.

by Anonymousreply 39December 5, 2021 4:17 PM

I don't think you can call him an "incel" because if he's celibate, it's voluntary. There are thousands of people who would willingly have sex with him, myself included.

by Anonymousreply 40December 5, 2021 4:18 PM

R39 But the whole song explains what we’re talking about. He’ll fuck a chick but he’s done dealing with them. Lol.

I always loved “Haile’s Song”. Still one of my favorites.

by Anonymousreply 42December 5, 2021 4:23 PM

His mother was abusive and exposed him to all sorts of fucked up situations. One of his frequently revisited themes in his music is child abuse, and some of it is graphically sexual. But who knows how much of that is hyperbole.

by Anonymousreply 43December 5, 2021 4:24 PM

Yeah, why DOES he look so weird now? I know this is frowned upon on the DL, but maybe he's HIV+? I don't understand his youth chasing, it really grinds against his image. He'd probably look much more handsome and at least human if he didn't have the weird dyed beard and the Ken doll teeth.

by Anonymousreply 44December 5, 2021 4:25 PM

He has a very small penis, according to his exes. I think he even copped to this in one of his raps.

by Anonymousreply 45December 5, 2021 4:32 PM

He's either bi or straight. I don't know why he'd continue to fuck women like Mariah if he was gay. Though, why make the gay jokes in The Interview and in Funny People? He literally had a line in the latter where he asked Ray Romano if he should bend over the table so he can get fucked by him. I saw a while ago that he posted one of those grid memes of selfies for each social media site and the one that usually says Tinder said Grindr... ??? Like, what even.

by Anonymousreply 46December 5, 2021 4:34 PM

R46 Do you have straight friends? Maybe it’s generational but there’s a lot of straight men who love gay jokes and homoeroticism.

Give a straight guy a magic marker and he’ll draw penises everywhere.

by Anonymousreply 47December 5, 2021 4:39 PM

A friend of mine, Jack Reily, who worked for the Beach Boys was on the phone with me. While we were talking Elton John, who was a friend of his, called on another line. I could hear Jack talking to him. They were talking about Eminem really being gay. Jack told me his homophobia was an act. Elton and Eminem were close at the time and Elton was defending him. I have posted this a few times over the years.

by Anonymousreply 48December 5, 2021 4:42 PM

Hip-hop is notorious for having lots of bi men on the downlow.

by Anonymousreply 49December 5, 2021 4:44 PM

I have always loathed him and never understood his appeal. I will give him credit for bridging the racial divide and seemingly being a good Dad. His relentless homophobia is repulsive and emblematic of his broader ignorance.

by Anonymousreply 50December 5, 2021 4:44 PM

His homophobia is what put him on the map.

by Anonymousreply 51December 5, 2021 5:03 PM

Well, being gay as a kid and growing up with him, I always felt like his homophobia was overblown.

I’ve never once believed he was actually homophobic.

And sadly, I remember the PSA Glaad made before his Grammy performance with Elton John and it was as embarrassing as what the LGBTQIAA+ Non-Binary gender queer shit looks like today.

by Anonymousreply 52December 5, 2021 5:18 PM

Enjoyed the 2020 Oscar performance with the classiical musicians. I'm glad he didn't kill himself with drugs and hope he has some sort of peace.

by Anonymousreply 53December 5, 2021 5:26 PM

Gen Z has weird taste. They still love Eminem, Britney, Spice Girls, Disney pop stars etc. I'm a millennial and could not give a shit about those artists anymore. They were fun at the time when I was a kid but I find them all manufactured and really added nothing to art or culture. As an adult I discovered so much great music and there's still good music out there by younger artists. But the mainstream media is stuck in the 2000s, we still see Britney, Beyonce, Gaga, Kanye, Bieber and Eminem promoted. It's like US society is in arrested development in general.

by Anonymousreply 54December 5, 2021 5:26 PM

Only safe bets are allowed. See also: movie remakes and reboots.

by Anonymousreply 55December 5, 2021 6:59 PM

I just graduated high school when this homophobic asshole hit the scene. Wiggers made my life hell in high school, it would have been worse with the wigger king at the height of his popularity then.

by Anonymousreply 56December 5, 2021 7:10 PM

Very bisexual.

by Anonymousreply 57December 5, 2021 7:14 PM

He’s my vanilla lollipop

by Anonymousreply 58December 5, 2021 7:29 PM

R54 I think it’s like that with every generation.

It’s like “Rock of Ages” and these critics were talking about how people love it because of it’s 80’s nostalgia and one critic said those songs were on the radio but no one cool was actually listening to them.

I don’t believe cool people were listening to Journey in the 80’s.

by Anonymousreply 59December 5, 2021 7:59 PM

Why is he always so angry and serious? Does he ever smiles?

by Anonymousreply 60December 5, 2021 8:05 PM

It's called machismo, R60.

by Anonymousreply 61December 5, 2021 8:15 PM

by Anonymousreply 64December 5, 2021 8:41 PM

I thought when he first came out he was one hot motherfucker.

I too heard the rumor that Em and Elton had been intimate. Remember, John sang the Dido part during Stan at the Grammys one year. Which helped squash the controversy over Eminem's use of the other F word.

by Anonymousreply 65December 5, 2021 8:43 PM

I feel as if I've been dragging Eminem and his problems around for a lifetime....You reach a point where you just don't care.

by Anonymousreply 66December 5, 2021 9:07 PM

I can't...

I actually jerked off to him once @1998 or so. I still feel filthy because of it.

by Anonymousreply 67December 5, 2021 10:09 PM

R59 The difference is the 2000s pop stars never went away after their sell-by date. Industry plants usually don't last more than a few years like Paula Abdul, NKOTB, Bobby Brown and etc and even more so for the millions of Tiger Beat 70s teen pop stars. Most of those 80s rock bands peaked and then disappeared until early 2000s nostalgia for the 80s. But most of the pop stars introduced in the late 90s and early 2000s maintained relevance into today. Like Britney, Timberlake, Beyonce, Christina, Gwen Stefani, Kid Rock, Jessica Simpson, Hilary Duff, Eminem, Jay-Z and Kelly Clarkson never went away at all. The media kept them in the spotlight way past their relevance and they all still work in various things.

by Anonymousreply 68December 5, 2021 10:19 PM

R43, in Dilated People's diss "Search 4 Bobby Fisher" they suggest that Eminem's stepfather abused him and that according to groupies he struggles with impotence.

Songs like this are part of the reason Eminem stopped dissing fellow rappers and focused on easy target pop stars.

by Anonymousreply 70December 6, 2021 9:18 AM

Brittany Murphy was pretty cagey about whether or not they had an affair which is odd considering she was open about talking about other men she dated like Ashton Kutcher. If Eminem is gay maybe that is the reason why she had little to say. Later he dissed her about her taking drugs which wasn't nice of him.

by Anonymousreply 71December 6, 2021 10:19 AM

Maybe she was a little the worse -- or better -- for wine, and there are rules about that...

by Anonymousreply 75December 6, 2021 1:39 PM

No man who's entirely straight goes into show business.

by Anonymousreply 76December 6, 2021 2:18 PM

Well, looking back on it now what he parodied about MJ was not so bad (or dishonest). Michael was a freak pedophile and I personally don’t care if people point it out.

by Anonymousreply 77December 6, 2021 3:12 PM

His rap was always on point and he seemed to be a smart guy. As I guy, I thought it would be cool be fucked by him while his music was playing.

I probably would still do it. Hell.....sure I would. Marshall, call me!

by Anonymousreply 78December 6, 2021 3:28 PM

He's intelligent and I don't think he's bad in spirit. He does have good solid points and calls out social issues and racial injustice. But he's emotionally stunted and mentally ill. As cute looking as he was when young. Sticking your dick in crazy is never a good idea.

by Anonymousreply 79December 6, 2021 8:31 PM

R76 Making music isn't a show business. Are all the kids that play loud guitars or rap in their garages and basements in the show business?

by Anonymousreply 80December 6, 2021 8:40 PM

I think he has issues with gay people but why, I don't know. He also has issues with women. He has issues, let's just say that. Obviously he's got anger.

I think he's a very gifted artist and actor and should act more. He did have a drug problem (pills) but he got help. He had to do something with his rage and his work is good.

by Anonymousreply 81December 6, 2021 8:46 PM

He picks on women and gay men, closet case!

by Anonymousreply 82December 6, 2021 8:47 PM

Acting would make him more tolerable. His music has not progressed at all since 2002. He's too ancient and crusty to be starting beefs with every young white rapper.

by Anonymousreply 83December 6, 2021 8:47 PM

Personality Disorder.

by Anonymousreply 84December 6, 2021 9:02 PM

I agree that he should have acted more before he fucked up his face with drugs and surgery. Apparently filming 8 Mile is what got him hooked on pills though so that's probably why he didn't take the parts in Fast and Furious or Southpaw like he was offered. Apparently both parts were written specifically for him. I think the time for that is gone now that he looks like a wax figure lesbian. Sad. He started to look so strung out and gaunt after 8 Mile. I'm glad he's alive and seems to be doing well now. All of his kids also seem to be doing very well considering their parental situations. They all look like complete fraus on Instagram but it's probably more than one could hope for when your mom is a crazy crackhead plus everything else that was at play. His daughter Hailey's Instagram comes across like a martian put everything it thought made up an "influencer" into a blender. So bizarre. Also, very lame that she seems to not do anything for work and spends all of her time trying to be an influencer. I listened to Eminem on Mike Tyson's podcast and I thought it was sweet that he said she graduated college with a 3.9 GPA. My dad doesn't even know how old I am, let alone what GPA I earned in college. He seems like a good dad and considering everything he's overcome I respect him. I read that his ex wife tried to commit suicide for the third or fourth time this year. That has to be so fucking stressful and upsetting for their family.

by Anonymousreply 85December 6, 2021 10:39 PM

It's driving me crazy.

At r23, at the end of Eminem's AA performance, who is that blonde woman with the hair ornament applauding at the 4:01 mark?

R86, it's Aurora. A singer on the Frozen soundtrack I think.

I genuinely liked him in "8 Mile," but I'm gobsmacked as to the thought of him playing any other role than himself.

Try to imagine him as Hamlet, or as Trigorin, or even as Stanley Kowalski.

The mind staggers.

you don't need to think too hard about this. Very rich men in great shape like Eminem can fuck whoever they want to. Just look at how many years a star has been famous and then ask yourself--by now, wouldn't there be hundreds of guys out there who they fucked? NDAs only go so far. He likes women.

by Anonymousreply 100December 7, 2021 7:20 AM

R85 "I listened to Eminem on Mike Tyson's podcast" Why the fuck did you do that?

by Anonymousreply 101December 7, 2021 8:13 AM

R95 And he ends up looking prettier than most women do with full make-up.

by Anonymousreply 102December 7, 2021 9:01 AM

R100, by that logic Eminem has fucked no one, because we haven't heard from anyone.

by Anonymousreply 103December 7, 2021 9:10 AM

I think he's brilliant but I don't care for the tone of his voice. Everything else about his production is great.

by Anonymousreply 104December 7, 2021 9:51 AM

Didn't Nick Canon say he's got Eminem's gay sex tape?

by Anonymousreply 105December 7, 2021 10:04 AM

He's almost 50! How is he even still alive?

by Anonymousreply 106December 7, 2021 10:44 AM

R85, we use the return key on the computer to indicate the end of a paragraph.

by Anonymousreply 107December 7, 2021 10:47 AM

He's ready to do The Charles Busch Story. Episode 3.

by Anonymousreply 108December 7, 2021 11:20 AM

He referred to himself as the Rock Hudson of rock in this song:

Of course, DL loves the white rapper while they make constant threads attacking black rappers.

I’m fed up with this shit.

by Anonymousreply 110December 7, 2021 12:02 PM

Some of his stuff is tough to listen to. I don’t know if he’s expressing his views or not. When someone writes a novel with a horrible central character I don’t assume that the author is the character and shares the character’s views. Even if it’s written in the first person. But somehow all music is treated as reflecting the real views of the singer. Despite the creation of the Slim Shady alter ego. Who knows. Roman Polanski has done a hell of a lot worse than Eminem ever has and I still watch his films.

by Anonymousreply 111December 7, 2021 12:20 PM

I always think his face looks different because he had surgery to correct the damage done by his constant falling. When he was addicted he fell a lot. Pills don’t help you walk. I have known other people who changed their face because of a bad fall.

by Anonymousreply 112December 7, 2021 6:23 PM

R110 didn’t read this thread at all. Any opportunity to make it racial!

by Anonymousreply 113December 7, 2021 6:55 PM

R109 Those are some of the worst song lyrics I have ever seen.

by Anonymousreply 114December 7, 2021 7:22 PM

What's hilarious about that "Superman" video as r38 is that he comes across as so incredibly girleen.

He's surrounded by hundreds of sexy naked girls in a hogpile all making out with each other and rubbing each other erotically (so he seems like he's just one of the gals among the others), and then he's standing around windblown in an open white shirt exposing his body like sexy women always are in rap videos.

by Anonymousreply 115December 7, 2021 7:38 PM

R114, he's not as great of a lyricist anymore.

by Anonymousreply 116December 7, 2021 8:38 PM

Online Asperger's communities are convinced that this guy is a self admitted autistic too.

“convinced” that he’s self-admitted?

Oh my.

by Anonymousreply 120December 7, 2021 9:23 PM

R119, yeah he rhymed some shit with Asperger's once and that's why they think that. People are crazy.

by Anonymousreply 121December 7, 2021 9:34 PM

R118, that Trump diss was too hard to watch. I doubt he knows anything about politics or economics to be honest. You can take the kid out of the hood and whatnot.

by Anonymousreply 122December 7, 2021 9:36 PM

R96, you are falsely equating autism with high intelligence. That’s patently false. Autism Is retardation .

by Anonymousreply 123December 7, 2021 9:48 PM

R102, delusional trans

by Anonymousreply 124December 7, 2021 9:50 PM

R123, toosh.

by Anonymousreply 125December 7, 2021 9:59 PM

His is Mariah diss is his best one. She looked like such a crazy bitch for acting like he was making it up as if anyone would be proud of fucking her.

by Anonymousreply 126December 7, 2021 10:02 PM

Bump

by Anonymousreply 127December 7, 2021 10:53 PM

R123 What the fuck are you talking about? Autism is autism. Retardation is retardation. Two different things, you fool.

R129 You've probably met a lot of people at work, in school or the street with autism and you would never have guessed. High functioning autistic people live relatively normal lives, they work, date and are just as boring as anyone else. Low-functioning autism is what people associate with autism spectrum disorder. But again it's a spectrum.

by Anonymousreply 131December 7, 2021 11:48 PM

R129 , autism is brain damage period!

by Anonymousreply 132December 8, 2021 12:11 AM

by Anonymousreply 134December 8, 2021 12:58 AM

R85, you are spot on about Hailey, the Influencer. No real hobby, charity activity or anything much of substance there. Just pictures of herself and how fabulous she thinks she is? Mentality of an annoying 16 year old.

by Anonymousreply 139December 8, 2021 8:01 PM

R139, I saw her Tik Tok or whatever that she was apparently in her dad's top 3% of listeners on Spotify. Must be bumpin' on the daily to her dad rapping about murdering her mom. Her attempts at being an influencer are hilarious seeing as she has no style or obvious personality. Celebrity kids are so not self aware. At least someone like Dakota Johnson actually works and makes the most of her nepotism.

The kid he adopted from his wife cheating on him is "non-binary" and "bisexual." I can only imagine what someone who grew up like he did thinks about these made up "struggles" that kids come up with.

by Anonymousreply 140December 8, 2021 10:43 PM

Who knew DL had so many 'urban' queens so invested in drug addicted, trailer park trash Eminem?

by Anonymousreply 141December 9, 2021 12:34 AM

The same queens that love bleached-blonde trailer park junkies like Aaron Carter, Machine Gun Kelly and Justin Bieber.

by Anonymousreply 142December 9, 2021 12:36 AM

R142 you forgot Pete Davidson.

by Anonymousreply 143December 9, 2021 2:36 PM

Hailey is not attractive. She’s very plastic looking

by Anonymousreply 144December 9, 2021 2:38 PM

R144 she looks exactly like her mom. If anything, she sometimes looks like Eminem dressed up as Kim Kardashian.

by Anonymousreply 145December 9, 2021 6:09 PM

Yes, dreadful

by Anonymousreply 146December 10, 2021 3:28 AM

I've always wanted to service him.

by Anonymousreply 147December 10, 2021 3:35 AM

He seems sexless these days. He's probably on medication for depression or something. I'm sure his overdose did something to him too. He's looked weirdly like Mark Zuckerberg since his comeback in 2010. So gaunt and pale looking.

by Anonymousreply 148December 10, 2021 3:44 AM

His eyes look entirely different now than his youthful eyes. There is no light left in eyes , look like marbles.

by Anonymousreply 149December 10, 2021 4:14 AM

R149, I've noticed that too. It's like a completely different person.

by Anonymousreply 150December 11, 2021 5:09 AM

He sold his soul for superstardom

by Anonymousreply 151December 11, 2021 5:24 AM

R137 Sorry to go off topic but that is a very edible ass that you could almost cup in one hand.

by Anonymousreply 152December 15, 2021 10:46 AM

R105, I want to see Nick give him every inch of those12 he has!

by Anonymousreply 153December 15, 2021 11:07 AM

I don’t think he has had any surgery , maybe his hairline. He has had expert filler and Botox work over the years. He looks very similar to the way he looked in his 20s. But it is strange looking since he is pushing 50. But all celebrities get work done. If he is gay or bi he should be called out for his all his former hate speech.

by Anonymousreply 154December 15, 2021 1:36 PM

R154, he looks horrible now . He was super hot in his 20’s through mid 30’s

by Anonymousreply 155December 15, 2021 11:14 PM

Filler work? He looks so gaunt even with that unflattering beard

by Anonymousreply 156December 15, 2021 11:15 PM

I have never undertood the fascination that so many straight men have with this Christmas elf-looking twig. His whiny voice is incredibly annoying, his "songs" are infantile and sound like a five-year-old's tantrums translated into the parlance of a trailer park dweller, and his public persona is insufferable. Not to mention that, as it happens with the majority of rappers, he has no talent whatsoever. His ridiculous anti-Trump rap was AWFUL (and no, I am not a Trump supporter), and he proved that without the Enfant Terrible gimmick, he is rather shitty even at talking in psalmody.

On the other hand, I guess that Eminem gives a voice to countless brain-dead men who don't feel threatened by him because he isn't handsome or charismatic or intelligent. He could be just about anyone, and so I assume that's why so many straight men like him (including my nephews, much to my embarrassment).

by Anonymousreply 157December 15, 2021 11:47 PM

R157, Eminem is highly intelligent.

by Anonymousreply 158December 16, 2021 12:56 AM

Critics lost their mind over him in the early 2000s. I mean they really loved him and I couldn't quite grasp why. Some of his stuff was clever but he wasn't that amazing.

by Anonymousreply 159December 16, 2021 1:25 AM

R157 Why do you keep mentioning straight men? You are on a gay forum and men drooling iver him here, are gay and bi, not straight men.

by Anonymousreply 160December 16, 2021 7:50 AM

It’s because he’s white. It says a lot that white people gravitate towards him over Black rappers, the originators, creators and innovators of the genre.

by Anonymousreply 161December 16, 2021 8:28 AM

R157 I love hip hop but I can't get past the kind of whiny, almost nasal timbre of his voice either. And he was everywhere when I was growing up. Some of his music videos have some funny moments of pop culture satire, but that's about as much as I can say for him.

by Anonymousreply 162December 16, 2021 10:01 AM

Actually Eminem fans tend to be very unknowledgeable about hip-hop as a whole. In fact, Em is the only rapper they will like. He's popular for his image and a lot of blue-collar white kids relate to him. Yes, I've met Eminem fans who were racist.

by Anonymousreply 163December 16, 2021 11:59 AM

Hip hop culture is vile in every sense of the word.

by Anonymousreply 164December 16, 2021 11:59 PM

Vanilla Ice was white too R161. He was crucified in the press as a phony poser. He was a hell of a lot sexier than Eminem (who I liked) .

by Anonymousreply 165December 17, 2021 12:24 AM

Vanilla Ice was white trash too.

by Anonymousreply 166December 17, 2021 12:30 AM

Vanilla Ice, Marky Mark and New Kids came across as minstrel acts aping black culture and slang. They got a lot of flack for good reason. On the other hand, Eminem came across as more authentic and he rapped about his experience growing up poor in a trailer park. Eminem had a black following early on before he got more mainstream and more over the top.

by Anonymousreply 167December 17, 2021 12:58 AM

My friend reckons he used to frequent a website back in the day called something like gayswholoveeminem.com - does anyone remember this? I wanna see it on the wayback machine

by Anonymousreply 168December 17, 2021 7:43 AM

When I was in about 8th grade there was a tall blonde bespectacled boy named Eddie in my science class with an Eminem vibe. Perhaps my first major crush. Never spoke a word to him :/

Regrets, but middle school

by Anonymousreply 169December 17, 2021 2:57 PM

I’ve always had the hots for Marshall.

by Anonymousreply 170December 17, 2021 11:15 PM

Since we are talking about lame white late 90s-early 00s MTV rappers, what about Fred Durst or Kid Rock?

by Anonymousreply 171December 18, 2021 4:00 PM

They’re not nearly as successful as Em

by Anonymousreply 172December 19, 2021 12:40 AM

R167 that’s an excellent point! As you probably know early minstrel shows were done by white performers. I guess that makes Shady the Al Jolson of the rap world. What I am saying is that from early American history there was a usurping of a black performance by white men. But that’s not to say there isn’t a place for the poor white man in urban America to express themselves in rap. But his problem is that you can’t just be the angry man into your forties. Otherwise we would all rap.

by Anonymousreply 173December 19, 2021 1:11 PM

In his own words:

Don’t give a shit. He is too old.
