I only ever saw pictures of her before and thought she looked like shit all the time. I’m watching Boardwalk Empire and she’s beautiful on it. I almost did t recognize her. Does she just roll out of bed when she’s not on tv? Is she some rare person who looks better on video? It’s so bizarre.

She was a beauty and yet it was on the down slope already during Boardwalk shooting. Which was over a decade ago. She fucked and drank and partied away her looks during the filming of that series. She became extremely dissipated and often a public mess. You are seeing the good end of her looks on screen and the bad end in paparazzi shots from then on, and plummeting. She now seems to barely have a career. Maybe she is uninsurable or simply can't perform anymore.

By the way, watching the shipwreck, I though she was kind of awesome, but it would be interesting to know the backstory. It looked like mental illness.
