What’s with the “creepy” and “restraining order” comments? The guy took a sentiment that a lot of people hold (We miss Kristy McNichol), and turned it into a song. It was actually a line of dialogue on Family Guy. That is probably what prompted this guy to write the song. There’s hardly anything ‘creepy’ about it. He’s not like those guys in that ‘I Think We’re Alone Now’ documentary about Tiffany fans.
Anyway, the song is musically clichéd and the lyrics aren’t particularly interesting.
Why it getting ‘play’ 7 years after he posted it anyway?
