Article says Travis McMichael convicted of top charge, the other two acquitted of "top charge." However, all 3 can be sentenced to live in prison. I don't know about parole.

Quit whining about the thread title. This is DL. There will undoubtedly be multiple threads about this verdict, and even if the thread title had been different would not have changed that. I've already found at least one other thread from before this one.

As I said in another thread a moment ago -thank god for a judge who knew how to do his job! He didn't leave the defendants any wiggle room for an appeal. That won't stop them, of course, but the judge should be commended for letting the defense attorneys hang their clients with their racist blathering.
