I’ve told this story once before. I worked out at the Beverly Hills YMCA circa 1994….yes, BH has a YMCA that many celebs used. I’m also 62. Up until 3 years ago I looked younger for my age (no, really). Over the past three years I started aging rapidly and now look about 65. Nothing in my life has changed and I haven’t gained or lost weight. It’s just natural aging and it sucks.
