They pulled on the side of road in a completely open parking lot. The dude-bros caught a couple of lobsters and wanted to cook them up as fresh as they just pulled out of the sea. You can see the entrance to the Palos Verdes Bay Club at the corner of Coastsite Drive and Sea Cove Drive on google streetview and there are signs that say "Private Property". It looks like Seagate Drive where the parking lot is located is a private road so the two guys on the video weren't exactly being honest. She could have called the cops instead of confronting them but I'll bet they wouldn't have been in a big hurry to enforce this type of infraction. That doesn't excuse the fact that the way she behaved is truly disgraceful.

It looks like they were filming a segment for some road media, maybe content for a social media channel. I see a portable washing station beside their camera mount, as we have in parks and lookout points. The young men were goofy but not menacing anyone. I follow a channel on YouTube, a young nomad called Forrest Forest, who cooks simple meals in and around a van that he lives and travels in through western Canada. I think there is a movement of content creators like him who want to share their journeys and adventures. If they were making noise or leaving a mess, maybe a call could be justifiable. But I didn’t sense that.
