But outnumbering the troublemakers from other states were the troublemakers coming in from the suburbs and rural towns within Minnesota.

And that's not even including the cops, who were caught on camera shooting at people standing on their front steps on side streets just watching the National Guard conveys rolling through, and the state troopers and city cops who slashed the tires of cars in the parking lot of a large retail store downtown.
