Why do the people at trump rallies look like they are all on deaths door and like they could all win a pie-eating eating contest?

I had a deplorable in front of me at KFC the other day and he ordered a family size 20 piece meal. So I assumed that he was taking it home to his family but he pulled over in the parking lot and started eating. I pulled over a few spaces away to eat myself and catch up on some emails.
I figured he would just have a few bites before he took home the other 19 pieces but no he ate the entire meal and threw away the trash.
The whole thing was so sad and his jalopy truck was covered in trump stickers and anti-Biden stickers including one of a cartoon peeing on Biden.
