UPDATE on Bob Paris and Rod Jackson!

Wow, that’s a blast from the past. Wonder what they both look like now.

R2, Bob Paris has a website so you can see fairly recent photos of him. Rod Jackson, on the other hand, has virtually dropped off the face of the earth and hasn’t been seen or heard from publicly in many years.

It appears that Paris wanted to stay in the public eye, becoming a "writer" and an "actor" and creating a website (I put those words in quotation marks because...come on.). But Jackson went in the opposite direction. I used to see him at one of the gay gyms in Los Angeles about 20 years ago (this was post-breakup with Paris by several years) but he seems to have dropped out of sight.

This story about Bob Paris is from 2014. It says Bob Paris and Brian LeFurgey (who Paris met in 1997 and is now his husband) live on an island in British Columbia, where the former bodybuilder now focuses on his writing career. If he's writing, Google doesn't show any of it.

Paris and Jackson split up after seven years together. There doesn't seem to be anything in a Google search about Jackson.

They seem to have vanished from the public eye.

My god, I remember them being on Donahue (afternoon Talk Show, for you Zoomers) and the audience was so homophobic. No one could grasp why two men would publicly profess their love for each other!

Fraus in the audience were saying things like, "I'm okay with ya'all being all homosexual and everything, but why do we have to see it? Keep it in the closet!"
