She's still living the cat lady life in NYC, using people and begging, and still in debt to her brother, more than likely. She didn't want to work or make any kind of effort to improve her life, but didn't mind playing the victim, or being a charity case. What does KDK stand for?

I have a block of Siobhan audio clips saved on my laptop and listen to them frequently. She was a major train wreck and I was intrigued listening to her life squatting in an abandoned hotel, then renovating it to make it livable, and the city stepping in and making them pay rent. Then her being a crazy cat rescuer and having 30-40 cats living in her place at any given time... ugh.

I can answer R6's question - KDK was the listener who stepped up after the guy John at R5 couldn't perform to take Siobhan's female virginity. He went by the name KDK - he didn't explain what it stands for. Whoa - I never heard that John had died. I presume the heroin finally caught up to him.
