Anyone watch/listen to the podcast The Basement Yard?

It's very heterosexual, but they are very open-minded. It's mindless chatter but a break from reality. It features the lead guy, Joe Santagato, and his co-host Frank Alvarez.

They just talk bullshit...no issues, no politics, just random subjects that they bounce around for about an hour or so once/twice a week.

I used to listen to it fairly regularly. Haven't gone back to it in a while.

I stopped listening around the time that Danny mysteriously left and got replaced with Frank, although that's not the reason I stopped listening. I guess I just found new stuff to listen to.

Have I missed anything recently?

I watch them from time to time. I do get a good laugh out of them. I like Joe's older videos with his brother when they played Mad Libs on YouTube. He also does idiots on the internet and people of Walmart. Great sense of humor. So freaking funny. They also do serious interviews with people who have struggled with serious topics and show a lot of compassion. But they are very open-minded and enjoyable to watch.

Danny didn't really mysteriously disappear. Joe did a whole show the day Danny left. Joe didn't flat out say the reason, but he seemed to indicate that Danny had grown unhappy being the sidekick. Danny wanted to do his own thing such as songwriting, rap, etc. It seemed to me that Danny could have done that and still stayed with Joe, but I think Danny's time had just run its course--at least in his head. Danny probably could have stayed with Joe for years, but Danny thought he had more talent than what how he was being used. I don't follow Danny, so I don't know if his dreams are coming true. But he should have stayed with Joe. He was never going to have as many followers as he had while co-hosting The Basement Yard.

Danny is doing basically the same thing he did with Joe, except he's now with his brother Mike.

Here they are with their other brother singing about making out with each other and also about their dicks for 3 1/2 minutes.
