I have only been inside an In-N-Out once since then. I drove a friend to his doctor's appointment and he wanted to stop at In-N-Out afterwards. This was in Henderson, Nevada and the place was jammed for lunch. I didn't risk getting a burger and just had fries and shake.

SF is the most densely populated city outside if NY in the U.S. The strict regulations have kept it from ever having a major outbreak even though COVID hit there much earlier than other parts of the country.
