There was far too little nudity in doubles. Completely unrealistic for a man's locker room of that time. Everybody was doing the towel dance before it was even a thing. Though you got full frontal from Austin (not that you wanted it) for a second.

I'd have rather seen Charles Repole in the 2nd cast doing Austin's role. Yeah, Austin liked doing nudity; he did it in some other plays as well after that. Seeing Tony Robert's big butt was about the only other nudity in the. John Cullum, who I don't think I wanted to see anyway, was covered by some tiles or the set from where I was seeing, and Cliff Gorman I think mostly did the towel dance (though I think he might have been fully nude when he won a Tony for "Lenny" on Broadway).

I did see Lenny and Gorman was frontally nude but he was dead on a toilet so it wasn't under the circumstances I would have like. Astounding performance by the way. I was very young so the whole thing was very disturbing but now I consider it one of the best things I've seen on stage.
