It’s both weirdly detailed and yet nonspecific. What is the “dinner wine”? More clos du bois Chardonnay? If there is no need to bring a plate for the prosciutto roll, how does one transport it? Are the weights given for pre- or post-cooked items? What are the measurements of a “regulation sized” casserole?
It appears she has an abundance of pie knives but no serving spoons … I’m sensing a good group Christmas gift. I also would like a photo of the offending oversized blue serving bowl not acceptable for the 15 pounds (!) of mashed potatoes.
