Steak Diane
I'm 41 and have only ever heard of Steak Diane in the vintage restaurant threads here. Apparently Cheesecake Factory--of all places--still serves it. I've never set foot in there and had no plans to do so, but it sounds good. And I don't even care for steak!
Disclaimer: I realize most very old school steakhouses still serve it. It just surprises me that Cheesecake Factory does.

There’s a small restaurant chain where I live called Urban Egg that serves a version of that for brunch. It’s really good.

My dinners feature the much more sophisticated Veal Prince Orloff and Baked Pears Alicia.

Most Cheesecake Factory offerings taste great.
The problem is they are all 5000 calories each
