Matt Bomer is pretty amazing looking without glasses, R2. (or clothes) - he doesn't belong on this list.
I think Zachary Quinto looks better with glasses. Same with Oprah. Not that they look bad without them.

I don't know about Galecki; there was a scene in TBBT where he was in bed, not wearing his glasses, and he looked pretty damn cute. And I've never thought he was a looker.
