That must have been very satisfying, OP. This summer I finally had gutter guards installed after years of putting it off.

Formerly, my gutters looked like furry thatch after the leaves began to fall. It was embarrassing and a pain to clean them. It looked like my roof edges needed mowing.

Now they are clean and sleek, no leaves stuck in them at all. It's quite a good feeling when I gaze at them now.
