Every time someone’s appearance changes like this DL shames them for having botched cosmetic surgery. I think some illness or medication is more likely as in the case with Lara Flynn Boyle too. I don’t think anybody pays for surgery that would make them look like a “blowfish”.

Also maybe years of doing his own stunts have caught up with him, maybe he is taking medication for injuries. That could be causing the moonface.

This could be true. Lorry Hill (YouTube) documented her own face lift and said the puffiness last for about a year.

He looks like he was fished out of a river after several days of being submerged. My guess is there has been a face-lift, and this is the recovery/aftermath. Where his cheek meets the ear, it looks suspicious. There is also a slight softening/feminization of the face, which seems like a hallmark of male face-lifts.

However my source said that it could be prednisone for his old injuries (the puffiness is too widespread and even), even though the clams frown on taking medications like that. And that isn’t a double, since his kid is there.
