I saw him as Connor in DEH. He's yummy.

Showed his cute little ass in an Off Broadway play. Glad he's getting a chance to shine.

He was in the Netflix show Panic earlier this year. He played a high schooler but looked 30. He was cute, but miscast.

He was great in DEH.

Why didn't they cast Demi Lovato, Ariana Grande or Selena Gomez as Maria? They are Hispanic, can sing and already have star status.

I also saw him as Connor in the DEH obc. He was great, got nominated for a Tony.

He has a face that's made for radio.

This looks like In The Heights.

He doesn't look convincing as a NYC gang co-founder/-leader. 😂 None of the guys in this version do. Surprisingly, many of the Sharks/Jets in the '61 version look more intimidating. My main complaint with that film was that the choreography/made-up slang were laughable and Tony was too much of a pansy to be a gang founder/leader.

He’s a talented actor, singer and dancer, so of course DL hates him.

He doesn’t seem a particularly inspired dancer in that wedding clip.

Just watched the film today, and he was very hot and charismatic.

He reminds me of both Eddie Haskel and John Mulaney in West Side Story.

I think his character's personality adds a lot to his appeal because he looks pretty geeky but he was still a badass in the movie. He really won me over. I loved everything about his performance, and while both Ansel Elgort and Rachel Zegler are both excellent in it, Mike Faist stole the movie from them for me. Ariana DeBose also won my heart.

Faist studied dance and musical theatre throughout his life and it shows to me. He is made for it. Seeing him in this movie actually makes me kind of understand Frank Sinatra's sex appeal. Sinatra looks geeky and gawky to me and his singing was kind of hokey and I never really understood how he became a sex symbol, but I came away from West Side Story with a crush on Faist that I imagine is based on a similar sort of appeal Sinatra had in his day.

I hope his role in this movie isn't a blip on the radar.

He's so bland in the movie. Scrawny. Looks too much like Joey McIntyre from New Kids on the Block. 🤮
