Something about the eyes immediately reminded me of Michael Jackson’s mug shot. Maybe it’s just the make up.

Yes, I see both the change and the resemblance to MJ.

It is disconcerting and I don't know why people here are minimizing it like he had a mole removed. His eyes were hooded and he had more prominent bags, but it worked with his face. This is a dramatic change and the effect is feminizing.

He's always been odd/off looking. Bug eyes, and they are getting worse.

Rami looks like himself. If he resembles Jackson at all, it's because Jackson altered himself to look similar to him. Rami looks like an older version of the same face he has always had.

He is really unusual looking. He has distinctive North African features, and also individually distinctive features. He isn't pretty or conventionally handsome, but I have always found him very attractive for reasons I could never pinpoint. He just has an interesting and wholly unique face. He's adorable to me in an off kilter way.
