This guy is a dangerous scumbag with loads of ill gotten cash from the U.S. government. Making him the biggest welfare queen of all time. We are talking billions of tax-payer money paid for algorithms that didn’t even work and all kinds of stunts and follies. I hope he sues me because this is all true. He is a stunt queen for the ages and one to watch.

People have got to stop being afraid of these bullies. You got to get them between the proverbial eyes. They thrive on fear and deflate like a popped balloon without it.

Sounds like Mark Zuckerberg's evil, too, OP.

All gay men are SO radicalized. God, it’s disappointing and frightening.

Zuckerberg is massively evil. People need to un away from Facebook, ASAP. I am not joking. We made that fucker and we can reduce him to a level of importance comparable to MySpace. I'd love to see a collective push successfully shut down Facebook.

He doesn't drink blood! He allegedly gets blood transfusions from young, healthy men as shown in this Silicon Valley reenactment. Allegedly.

First the blood then the hot beef

I guess Sheryl Sandberg went along with it too?
Tim Cook is the only principled man still left in tech.

R13 Unfortunately Apple hasn't had any growth with him in charge (may be mistaken). But the common lesson is that you have to be a sociopath and aspergery combo wombo to make it in Silicon Valley. Also Peter Thiel confuses me, because if you watch his interviews, he seems to be a very intelligent and thoughtful man. He definitely has great business sense or instinct to make it big. And then you read the things he has done, and it's a shocking 180 into unhinged reactionary loon. I appreciate a guy who sticks to what he believes, even when it's unpopular. But, being Ted Cruz's biggest donor? That's disgusting.

Delete Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. And fuck you too, Oculus VR.
Thiel is a major investor in Lyft, AirBnB and Yelp.

NYMag published and excerpt from the book, "The Contrarian: Peter Thiel and Silicon Valley’s Pursuit of Power."
Here's a bit of how he spent his time in college, apparently closeted.
[quote] In 1987, Thiel poured his sense of grievance into the launch of a right-wing newspaper, the Stanford Review...
[quote] Thiel’s newspaper was also fixated on sex. The first issue featured a satirical column, “Confessions of a Sexual Deviant,” about a young straight man who’d chosen to be celibate. According to the Review, it was almost impossible to visit a men’s restroom without witnessing a gay sex act or to cross the quad without having fistfuls of free condoms pressed into your hand. In 1987, presenting homosexuality as an addiction, a columnist wrote that “unnatural” gay men had “yielded to temptation so many times that the fires of lust burn within them, making it indeed difficult for them to control themselves.”
[quote] During Thiel’s last year on campus, his close friend and Review collaborator Keith Rabois stood outside the home of a Stanford residential fellow and shouted at the top of his lungs, “Faggot! You are going to die of AIDS! You’re going to get what’s coming to you!”; two days later, the Review published “The Rape Issue,” with an impassioned defense of a student who’d pleaded “no contest” to statutory rape.
[quote] Thiel would go on to valorize Rabois as a free-speech martyr in a book, The Diversity Myth, co-written with the architect of the special issue, David Sacks. It’s tempting to psychologize the book, with its lurid complaints about the supposed prevalence of “glory holes” across the Stanford campus. And some who know Thiel speculate, convincingly, that his mid-’90s homophobia was an expression of self-hatred. (Thiel is gay, as is Rabois.) But the book’s incendiary qualities might just have easily been a product of Thiel’s single-minded desire to provoke a reaction. He wanted to make his mark, and he surely knew that the prospect of recent graduates defending the guy who had shouted “Die, faggot!” on the quad of an elite university would get noticed.

From the article discussing how Thiel and Elon Musk interacted in a business project together.
[quote] A person who has talked to each man about the other put it more succinctly: “Musk thinks Peter is a sociopath, and Peter thinks Musk is a fraud and a braggart.”
They are both eerily perceptive about people other than themselves.

Sandberg is a cunt.

I heard the author's Fresh Air interview and none it was really framed like Thiel was evil, just "eccentric" with "out there" ideas.

"We made that fucker and we can reduce him to a level of importance comparable to MySpace. "
I think Zuckerburg -- with his billions upon billions and his ambition - would still be important and influential even if FB goes the way of MySpace. He'd just move on to something else or finance and consult behind some other asshole.
