This is juicy stuff.
Why did Hollywood never make a TV show or movie about the Robert Blake case?

Because it was white on white violence.

Maybe, Hollywood producers are waiting for him to die so they could do some miniseries.

Blake had ownership in many studios.
As a child actor, he had invested his money wisely. His parents disowned him as a young teen, due to erratic behavoir.
He was afraid of ducks, but stalked bears.
He lived his entire life in new york city, ,that den of inequity.

They never found a weapon or a motive or the insurance policy! OK maybe they found the gun
But they never found a motive.
But they never found the policy.

You think his gang showed him how to do it?

He was so good (and terrifying) in Lost Highway.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | September 18, 2021 9:05 AM |
Because this case was relatively boring. He was washed up when it happened.

Perhaps because Bonny Lee Bakley was a career grifter and an unsympathetic victim.

R8 I disagree. The story of Bonnie Lee Bakley alone would make for an entertaining dramatization.

R10 it would have been more interesting than the Lewinsky crap Ryan Murphy turned out.

"Law And Order" did an episode with Gary Busey. Made him a washed up Vegas Lounge singer probably to avoid a law suit. Season 12 Episode 6 "Formally Famous"

R11 Ryan Murphy was too busy obsessing over OJ.
