He’s outrageously gorgeous but all I remember about him is that people said he was a notorious ASSHOLE.

He's been working all along. He likes to control his work. At the start of his career, his "brand" was that he was an auteur. I don't know how he feels about all this, decades later.

Burns makes very cheap indie films he writes and directs, but they don't seem to get widely released or garner good reviews. He may be like many other writers (Harvey Fierstein) who just write the same script over and over.

He had a series this year. I watched his last series Public Morals. It was fine. It was the kind of series I put on in the kitchen while I'm doing other things. Like a radio drama. I watched 10 minutes of Bridge and Tunnel and saw the content and mood and Sam Vartholomeos, so I downloaded it but I haven't watched it yet. I watched 4 episodes of Truth be Told, a quite mediocre series, this one with Kate Hudson showing strange plastic surgery face. I mention it because its also the kind of series I can follow without having to pay close attention, while doing other things. I could listen to music but I like to follow the cheap stories and enjoy the shoddy performances by OK actors capable of better.
