Well, at most fit (six pack), I loved a Whopper or an enormous Chipotle burrito once a week. I can't wait to get home and try it. All about the amount of calories going in and going out through exercise. OP, have you tried their veggie burger? A friend was raving about it last week.

One time I went to Burger King in high school and the smell hit me like a freight train. I have never again eaten at a Burger King. It is the trashiest of them all.

I prefer Wendy's to Burger King and (even worse than BK) McDonald's. They use actual fresh meat and vegetables. I still don't understand how McDonald's is still in business, because it's trash...the worst of the worst.

A Whopper sans mayo and cheese, by itself and not as a combo, really isn't all that bad calorie wise. I actually prefer it that way to be honest, the mayo and the cheese cover up the "flame broiled" taste imo.

This example is for people on Keto, but any additional calories otherwise would simply be the bun. I would hit up BK from time to time on my lunch breaks and just keep some bottled waters in my car. It was convenient at times.

The original Whopper was twice the width of the current one. It was huge, and I couldn't eat a whole one until I was 13 or 14. They even had special wide beef patties for it.
