8 years? She's asking way too much for it. I find it funny that apparently she slashed coming up to $3m from the asking price in 2015 and it still didn't sell. Anyone know how much she bought it for? Why is she so reluctant to price it to sell?

There is a penthouse apartment in my city that is a bit like that. Owned by a footballer, it's been on the market for years and years but still nobody will buy it even though it's a hot market.

It’s literally next door to a multi story parking structure. Also she has made it clear over the years that it has plumbing and HVAC problems that she hasn’t fixed, so it’s probably in dire need of repairs.

It's actually next door to a rather ugly 157-unit apartment building whose parking structure on the end is adjacent to Sonja's townhouse. The parking structure provides public parking as well, so not exactly an ideal location if you don't want all that commotion.
