A couple of MtFs popped up about a year ago or so, so I asked them why they were on Grindr and they told me they just moved and were looking for friends, I play online games with one of them, shes really cool.

There seem to be “straight” guys who are on Grindr for the transsexuals. They write in their profiles “No Guys” and “Looking for TS”. And they have the ‘Trans’ box tucked in their ‘Tribes’. So the MTFs are there for those “straight” guys.

God only knows why there are any FTMs on there, but there are. Just not nearly as many.

There really needs to be a separate app for all of the above. It makes no sense for the app to be for gay and bisexual guys but also “straight” guys who are “not into guys.” Again, if transwomen are women, why are they on Grindr but lesbians aren’t? There’s no way to answer that question without revealing giant holes in the theory of the One Big Happy Queer Community.

Someone DL mentioned a study that found over half of all MTF trans suffered from narcissistic personality disorder (its actually everyone around them who suffers!). I’m now thinking the same is true of many FTM, because this type of disordered thinking just cant be ‘normal!’ They’re trying to tell people that up is down, that left is right, and you’re transphobic for disagreeing.
