Madonna's entire career was based on controversy, artifice, on sex and on youth. It's easy to see she cannot accept getting older. She tries to remain 'youthful' and relevant by manipulating her face and body. The only thing controversial about her now is her pathetic surgeries.

There are tons of older women who are still famous and whose careers are still thriving. Had Madonna any actual talent and a good voice, she wouldn't have to grasp so hard to get media attention. Now, she's simply laughable and quite pathetic.

I'm not a big Stevie Nicks fan, but she's older than Madonna, she's 73, and still has a huge fanbase. Older and new young fans are into her music. Nicks and Fleetwood Mac's fanbase gets excited every time there's a mention of new LP or a tour.

There has to be much more to fandom than a musician's calculated image, constant fake controversy and elaborate stage shows., all which usually takes a backseat to the actual music There has to be raw talent. I say this as someone who has worked in the music biz for many years.

It doesn't matter how old a musicians is, talent will always prevail in the music biz. Tony Bennett has Alzheimers, he's doing one last tour. The Rolling Stones are still relevant, as are many other older musicians.

Madonna simply isn't very good musically. Sure, she knew to hire excellent musicians to work on her albums and tours, however Madonna herself is not talented. She always needed a gimmick and controversy to sell her 'music'.

Madonna was always great at marketing, that's about it. That should be her new career, to nurture new musicians, to market them.

She probably also does a fracture wrap (favorite of Cher’s) under the wig, which is why the hairline is so far back.

WTF happened to her hairline? I don't remember it ever being that far back. It looks like she has a good two inches of additional forehead than I've ever seen before.
