R6 there are lead roles, which usually are reserved for "stars" or up and comers. Patrick has had some lead roles but he is a character actor in the sense that he disappears into the role and can play many different types. It's not a bad thing, but it may be why some people don't know who he is.

Yes, they have access to top personal trainers and nutritionists, so they don't have to do cooking and meal prep, but if you ever read details of what the guys in superhero shape do, they are getting up at 4-5am and working out for two hours before going onto set and then filming 12-16 hour days.

If you have a regular job, you absolutely do have the time to put in as much of a workout as they do - you just don't have the motivation to do it. That's fine, as you're not appearing shirtless for millions to see (which would be enough motivation for most people) but don't make out that they do not put the work in on top of their day job, which is usually longer hours than most people's jobs, because it's just not true.
