Inspired by another thread, I’m laying claim that Kodi will be the boy we will all be talking about next year as the awards potential of the Power of the Dog unfolds and Kodi assumes the mantel once held by Timmy emerging from CMBYN. Interesting, is he’s much older and better equipped to be the next big thing having worked extensively already. I recall his performance in that Planet of the Apes film as a standout for his emotional, empathetic, coltish performance. Don’t know much more about him, but maybe those from down under can fill us in? He seems much more a Troye Sivan type, then a Jacob Elordi Aussie.
Didnt he star in an X men film?

If he's straight or closeted, the gays will adore him. If he's gay, the gays will rip her to shreds.

R1 He played the younger version of Alan Cummings Nighcrawler character.

I’m kind of interested in seeing the remake of Gallipoli that he was in, though I loved and was so heartbroken by the original movie so much I’ve always been reluctant to watch it again in case it doesn’t hold up.

Funnily enough, Troye totally ripped off a YouTube video of Kodi's once.

R6
It's the "parkour" bit at the 50s mark here.
I can't find Kodi's original video anymore, probably deleted, but it was the same bit.

Op, I don’t know what any of your words mean
by Anonymous | reply 8 | September 6, 2021 3:53 PM |
r3 Cheers. I wasn't sure if I was confusing him with Tye Sheridan.

He has fish eyes. Way too far apart

I really don't understand how anyone would confuse Kodi with Tye. Asa Butterfield maybe, but Tye? Get your eyes checked, R9.

I hope they only film him at an angle cause Jesus.

He looks like Anne Hathaway, they should play siblings in a film. or tv show.

R12 Gurl, no.

A thicker neck and traps would probably help him a lot.

What the fuck is up with these twinky lesbian looking boys? Ugly as sin unless you’re into diddling young teens.

R4, it's not a remake of THAT Gallipoli. It is a mini-series about the Gallipoli campaign. The boys in the movie were runners back home: in the mini-series Kodi is a country boy who is a crack shot with a rifle.
For some reason the mini-series didn't rate well in Australia, but it's very good. Maybe people thought it was a bit grim. The episode about Lone Pine is gruelling.

R19:
1. Non threatening option for teenage girls
2.Secret pedos in Hollywood love these guys.
3.Hollywood’s obsession with looking young.

Dropped out of high school to pursue acting... That never bodes well.

Stop, OP.
Just fucking stop.

R21 teenage girls deserve better eye candy. Even if they do have to be non-threatening.

I know him as the bullied kid in Let Me In who befriends vampire, Chloe Grace Moretz.

R25 I recognized him right away from that movie. Have you seen the Swedish original? Far superior than the remake.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | December 31, 2021 1:35 PM |
R26 Yes, I have. It is very good.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | December 31, 2021 1:36 PM |
The book is really good too.

Let Me In is good on its own.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | December 31, 2021 1:59 PM |
