I'm not a woman so I don't understand this need for big boobs. Getting cut up for vanity and not for disease restoration is very stupid. It's not like you're missing a leg, it's for vanity. Big fake boobs went out of style at high-end clubs for dancers decades ago. Big fake boobs was so mid-1980s to 1990s. Most women with taste and money are getting theirs removed now, for health reasons but also for the more natural, classy look. Sometimes the big fake ones look ok, if the woman dresses correctly and has the frame for them, but often they are a matronly, ill-proportioned mess that shifts and hardens in time. Also, the women lose all sensation in the breasts. I've seen fake boobs make fit women look thick or even bloated/fat, unless they are dressing so as to show off the cleavage. Unless wearing form-fitting clothes to show off the fake boobs, they just look like weight gain.

When i learned you had to have implants replaced, that was unbelievable. I've had plastic surgery to remove skin/fat after massive weight loss and the healing process was hell, with infection and not great results all these many years beyond. Hell no on implants. Although I would consider a reduction at this point. Plastic surgery is no cakewalk.

I have two old friends from college who had breast reductions. Both suffered from back problems and had to wear underwire bras that dug into their skin.

I have held a silicone breast implant before. They are not light weight at all. They are meant to replicate the same weight of a real breast.

At the 50 second mark, this doctor shows two already-removed implants, encased in their respective calcified capsules. You can hear the calcium deposits crunch as she cuts open the capsule and removes the burst implants.

The technique Chyna describes is the non-surgical way doctors once commonly treated hard capsular constrictures--literally squeezing the boob until the capsule inside burst, releasing the tension that caused the squeezed implant to be hard and round. You can only imagine the damage that squeezing technique would do to an implant if the interior of the capsule were like the gravelly gizzard in this video.

David Schwimmer depicted another way doctors did this when he played the 1960s Houston boob doctor in the movie "Breast Men" when he slammed a patient's boob in a book.
