Do your doggies sleep in your bed?

Mine do. I can’t sleep without my two little doggies with me. My Dachshund likes to bury himself under the blankets and my Boston likes to sleep on his side on top of the blankets.

My pug does. She loves to snuggle!

No, when he was a puppy he would go to the end of the bed and poop on it in the middle of the night, so I set up a bed for him near his litter box. He now has free rein of part of the house at night, but not the bedroom or bathroom. The cat box is in the bedroom (there is an hallway inside the French doors that leads into the bedroom itself - the box is there) and I don't want him getting into it, and he gets EXTREMELY anxious if I take him into the bedroom.

Of course! It's a rule for every foster dog that I have ever had. Why waste a third of every day that can be spent building trust with each other? They learn to enjoy being petted and can watch me sleep and they can feel safe. And I trust them not to kill me in my sleep.

Yes. It was pretty uncomfortable with three. Better now that we’re down to one.

The pets soft breathing and gentle snoring puts me to sleep.

My dog tends to hang out with me until I fall asleep and then he goes to sleep on the floor. I can be a restless sleeper so I'm sure I've pushed him off the bed enough times that it is easier for him to just go to the floor on his own He in general lets me sleep in the morning until he needs to go outside - then he just puts his face into mine until I wake up.

Yes, I will never understand why anyone would want dogs and not want them on the bed.

Yes, our pug sleeps between my husband and I.
