I saw that when I was on Twitter earlier, it was fun reading all the tweets from people probably my age, who remembered when Nikki was still a stripper and when she broke Victor's heart, and how their moms and grandmothers absolutely loved to hate him.

we haven't heard from Scochie Marin or whatever her name was, the new Katherine, for a long time.

The only soap opera my mom watched was Y&R and she loooooved Victor. I would watch with her sometimes and my favorites were Jack Abbott and later Brad Carlton. I thought brad was so hot and jack so classy.

When Shemar Moore came along my mom said she now had two favorites, lol.

The only Jack Abbott I ever knew was Terry Lester.

I remember not watching Y&R during the school year in high school and coming back to it in the summer and finding out Victor's daughter Victoria was suddenly a teenager, after having just started Kindergarten, I believe.

When a friend came home from school, he'd sit with his mom and grandmother watching "General Hospital." They wouldn't let him say anything until the commercial came on.
