Europe fears Afghan refugee crisis after Taliban takeover

HANGEDIGI, Turkey (AP) — From above, the new border wall separating Turkey from Iran looks like a white snake winding through the barren hills. So far it only covers a third of the 540-kilometer (335-mile) border, leaving plenty of gaps for migrants to slip across in the dead of night.

Traffic on this key migration route from central Asia to Europe has remained relatively stable compared to previous years. But European countries, as well as Turkey, fear the sudden return of Taliban rule in Afghanistan could change that.

Haunted by a 2015 migration crisis fueled by the Syrian war, European leaders desperately want to avoid another large-scale influx of refugees and migrants from Afghanistan. Except for those who helped Western forces in the country’s two-decade war, the message to Afghans considering fleeing to Europe is: If you must leave, go to neighboring countries, but don’t come here.

“It must be our goal to keep the majority of the people in the region,” Austrian Interior Minister Karl Nehammer said this week, echoing what many European leaders say.

European Union officials told a meeting of interior ministers this week that the most important lesson from 2015 was not to leave Afghans to their own devices, and that without urgent humanitarian help they will start moving, according to a confidential German diplomatic memo obtained by The Associated Press

Austria, among the EU’s migration hard-liners, suggested setting up “deportation centers” in countries neighboring Afghanistan so that EU countries can deport Afghans who have been denied asylum even if they cannot be sent back to their homeland.

The majority of Europeans agree with Sebastian Kurz (who tightened immigration laws in Austria after the recent terrorist attacks in Vienna). Europe is overrun with migrants. And those who came from the war in Syria (another American war), have made our lives miserable. They don't integrate, they attack people, there have been rapes on teens all over the continent and their Islam is just unbearable. Trump didn't take many Syrian refugees because this son of bitch immediately put his Muslim Ban at the time. So Europeans took millions of refugees. I said millions.

Europe is tired of paying for American wars. The terrorist attacks committed by ISIS are still on everyone's mind. There are bound to be Taliban who will try to infiltrate among the refugees. America have to take its responsibilities, Calling Europeans Islamophobic while sitting on your fat asses in America with not even 2% of Muslims in your country is easy, but when it comes to taking them you suddenly dump them on Europe but Europe is not America's dustbin. Enough.

by Anonymousreply 1August 22, 2021 1:56 AM

America isn't taking them. Europe doesn't have to take them either. If the European politicians would just say "no" it would be over quite quickly.

by Anonymousreply 2August 22, 2021 2:00 AM

R2 Lol the big mouth of the Americans on this site is amazing. But when we read you on social medias insulting Europeans as racist, islamophobics and other joyful things, when your Wokes media attack the European countries that don't want to take refugees, correction: YOUR refugees, it's not a DL joke anymore. Your governments are the first to ask other countries to take refugees. But these refugees are not at your expense, it is our taxes that pay and it is our citizens who have been killed because of your shitty wars. There is a difference between the nonsense you spread on DL and the reality of geopolitics. With all that we have suffered in Europe there are still morons like you, who instead of saying thank you and apologizing, have the nerve to tell you "you can say no". Unbelievable but nort surprising at all. Soon America will be all alone with no friends.

r6 European countries do not have to take these refugees, that's all on you. Change your laws, grow some balls. Nothing is set in stone. In the US people would be out in the streets protesting this. No way would Americans accept millions and millions of Islamists in such a short time.

by Anonymousreply 7August 22, 2021 2:16 AM

R7 Thank you, you prove my point. You are indeed taking Europe for your dustbin. The transatlantic treaties don't work like that. Little clown, when you run away in the middle of the night from your embassy in panic and you dare to call yourself the first army in the world, at least after that, you take some humility lesson and you don't deign to tell others to grow some balls while the whole world sees you as a bunch of cowards. Keep trolling but karma will get on your asses. Sooner or later. Destroying the world has a price.

by Anonymousreply 8August 22, 2021 2:24 AM

I've been saying for years that the refugee crisis in the EU was orchestrated by Putin. He is the main reason for the escalation in Syria, with Russia supporting Assad. Putin knew Merkel would not dare to say no to the huge onslaught of predominantly young Muslim males and he also knew that they would cause problems, because they always do. The resulting chaos would result in the rise of the far right and the undermining of centrist parties, making it easier to destabilize Europe.

That's the 3D chess game playing Hillary Clinton was talking about.

by Anonymousreply 11August 22, 2021 2:42 AM

Europeans need to get their balls back. They never used to have time for this kind of manipulative shit. The whole continent has been feminized and pussified, it's terrible.

by Anonymousreply 19August 24, 2021 5:01 AM

Two things can be true at once. Look America lecturing the rest of the World is incredibly frustrating.

On one hand, Americans will say just say no emigration.Excuse me? I know you are stuck in your own world, but what did George Floyd have to with the rest of the World? Didn’t stop the same hysterical reactions occurring around the World. Demonstrations, attacking Police as systematically racist and full of power, even though UK police don’t carry guns. Pulling down statues. University after university saying they are systematically racist and full of Colonialism. This bullshit came from you. Trans bathrooms came from you.

For all the hatred of Trump, his America First bullshit is parroted by you and you don’t even get it. You don’t see that the Western world is guided by you and what you do affects us all. There the good things you do that come across the World, but the shit has also come across in the last 10 years.

You have made it toxic to say no to immigrants. You have made the it impossible to have a discussion about it without being called Islamaphobic. A made up word by Saudi Arabia.

I heard America once described as a gentle giant only wanting to help people, unaware they were trampling people underneath them, while walking to do good.

On the other hand. Let’s be honest here. America is basically the Worlds policeman and many countries have small or little military armies because they know Americans will come to their aid. Trump said one thing right. Pay for contributions for this, otherwise shut up and suck it up.

Islam is not other Religions and we need to be vigorous and have a nuanced discussion on who we accept and who we don’t. Hint angry men in their 20s should not be the first choice.

[quote] Is there a reason…?

by Anonymousreply 42August 24, 2021 7:17 AM

Because most of those countries don't have a powerful left wing in government. Europe and America do, so they are the ones subjected to pressure from inside their own countries to receive very large numbers of migrants, the arrival of which, the Left believes, will strenghten their own cause. More migrants in America is seen by the Left as the route to a one-party future for the country, and in Europe more migrants is seen as a route to breaking down national identities and thereby strengthening the hand of the EU over each member nation.

by Anonymousreply 43August 24, 2021 7:26 AM

R41 Several. One is tribalism/Islam. You don't invite a stranger into your home that may challenge your power, control and social cohesion. Another is that Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon and Egypt already have enough problems with the millions of refugees from the Syrian civil war they took in. They don't want to add to their problems. Another, as R42 posted, is one of economics. The despot ruling the country and treating its national treasury like a personal bank account does not want to outlay money on strangers. Keep in mind that the refugees in the aforementioned countries are cared for by the UN and NGOs, NOT the ruling despot.

by Anonymousreply 46August 24, 2021 9:11 AM

Iran is roughly 2000 miles from one end to the other, and the Afghans have to cross that to even get to Turkey. And, when they get to Turkey, they'll be on its eastern border, so another 700 miles from Europe. 2700 miles is almost the distance of the US from east to west. I don't think that Europe is going to get nearly the number of refugees from Afghanistan as it did from Syria, which borders Turkey, because of the physical distance. Pakistan will get lots of refugees, and so will Iran, because they border it. However, female Afghanis would probably not go to Pakistan because their positions will not be that much better there than they are in Afghanistan. Things would be marginally better for them in Iran, but still far from ideal. If the Afghans can sneak into the former republics of the USSR that border it (Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan) , they will also try to settle there, because some Afghans share languages and tribal heritage with those regions. I don't think China will get many Afghan refugees.

All Muslim refugees should only go to Muslim countries. There are over 36 Muslim states in the world. Christians, Jews, Hindus, and other religions don't want to blow us all to pieces and generally live in peace with each other. Muslims do not tolerate any other religion other than Islam and despise the western culture. News today from New Zealand should remind us what is happening when Muslims do not integrate. In the UK over 46,000 Muslims are classed as a threat and are monitored. What is this costing our governments using our taxes ? Anyone who is believed to pose any sort of threat should be deported with no legal appeal allowed. Its the only way to protect the innocent people who are just going about their business and trying to lead decent lives and shouldn't live under the threat of stabbings and bombs daily.

I always wonder what goes on in the heads if people like you, if anything. You sound uneducated and ignorant. Give me an explanation as to why over 1000 predominantly Muslim men, recently arrived to Germany as "refugees", sexually assaulted hundreds of women on NYE. How us that ok with you?

By all means, let's promote the message that every single Muslim in the entire world is exactly the same as every other Muslim. Let's promote the message that Muslims have one way of thinking, one agenda, one way of worshipping. Let's promote the message that every single Muslim in the world desires the death of all non-Muslims. Let's promote the message that every single Muslim in the world is extremely violent and dangerous to every person around him. Let's promote the message that every Muslim in the world wakes up with one thought in his mind, that today is the day to kill another gay man.

I don't see anyone here or in fact anyone in the West, which includes Europe and the western hemisphere, supporting radical fundamentalist Muslims. Radical fundamentalists represent a REAL segment of Muslim society and a frightening one, which is responsible for a lot of terrorist acts and violence. But given that there are 2 billion Muslims in the world, quite widely spread over 2 continents, Asia and Africa, with smaller contingents in Europe, Oceania, and the western hemisphere, does it make sense to paint 1/4 of all humanity with a single brush? Especially because there is no evidence that "All Muslims are like that". The entire world would be on fire from bombs, explosions, gunfire, and knifings if that were true.

I think the trolling attitude I see represented here is that, since we cannot easily visually distinguish between a radical Muslim and the average-just-trying-to-get-through-my-life Muslim, we ought to treat every one of them as subhuman and unworthy of assistance, instead of figuring out better ways to identify dangerous ones and make sure that they are not put in positions where they can do damage.

by Anonymousreply 114September 3, 2021 7:25 PM

What I want to know is, how is there anyone left in these countries? Who’s left? I’d assume elderly, women and children, because all I ever see in these stories is young men.

Thankfully most other immigrants are not trying to stab us in the streets or blow us to smithereens as we try to get to work or shop! Most want to integrate into western society . Islamists see tolerance as total weakness and I am beginning to think they are right as we have sat back and watched the most horrendous carnage take place on our streets and done nothing apart from light candles and sing Com by ya

Omar Mateen's parents were from Afghanistan. Mateen's immigrated to the US in 1980. According to R140, he should have immigrated to Russia, since Russia was at war in Afghanistan at the time.

It has nothing to do with war and everything to do with ISLAM.

by Anonymousreply 145September 4, 2021 2:28 PM

r145 The gay afghans may likely have drifted away from their religion and will be in danger in Afghanistan for being both hay and increasingly irreligious with regards to Islam.

by Anonymousreply 146September 4, 2021 2:49 PM

by Anonymousreply 149September 4, 2021 2:59 PM

r147 It is a religion. What you mean is its MORE than just a religion. All systems have heretics, rebels and non believers whether it's religion, politics etc

All I am saying is not all people born on a Muslim country doesn't mean they are a believer. Lots of Europeans are secular but nominally on paper in statistics counted as religious.

by Anonymousreply 150September 4, 2021 3:01 PM

r148 Well there was a gay Muslim on pornhub who was a refugee to Australia having a fantastic shag with his white australian boyfriend . They seemed happy and were definitely enjoying themselves!🥰🤩😄

by Anonymousreply 151September 4, 2021 3:04 PM

[quote]All systems have heretics, rebels and non believers whether it's religion, politics etc

R150 Not Islam. Due to 1.7 billion Muslims having no choice, no freedom, no alternative. Just submission to Islam.

[quote]All I am saying is not all people born on a Muslim country doesn't mean they are a believer.

That's ignorant Western projection. The concept of "believer" doesn't exist in Muslim countries because there is no separation between Islam, Muslims, nationality, and culture.

by Anonymousreply 152September 4, 2021 3:07 PM

r152 And the gay porn refugee from a Muslim country in Australia? Of course there are ex Muslims. They are heavily frowned upon in large parts of Muslim society and culture but they clearly do exist . by Anonymousreply 156September 4, 2021 3:23 PM

Straight people don’t have to worry about this shit, but once they start to get beheaded, that’s when they start to care. Don’t expect any care or concern for hate crimes against gays, you don’t get that now, but only when it happens to them. It’ll be longer than a decade before straight people actually start paying attention to these Muslim immigrants.

by Anonymousreply 157September 4, 2021 3:28 PM

r155 They are in the west now but we're originally refugees and there will be some of them now who are refugees. I am not saying g the authorities shouldn't be careful which afghan refugees they let in but I am saying more will be amenable and suitable for westernisation than you think. The fact some like the ones I mentioned from previous waves of refugees have adapted proves my point.

by Anonymousreply 158September 4, 2021 3:30 PM

R158 Again, erroneous projection. A few adapt. The vast majority don't because Western culture conflicts with Muslim culture and its totality. Look no further than Europe for examples of that conflict.

by Anonymousreply 159September 4, 2021 3:34 PM

r159 That is why I am not advocating accepting vast numbers like 100,000 but those carefully screened who are amongst those who can and will happily adapt. We probably agree more than you think.

by Anonymousreply 160September 4, 2021 3:42 PM

Many refugees actually go on holiday to the country they supposedly had to flee from, even when their host country has issued a travel-warning. And when the SHTF, as in Afghanistan, they expect to be evacuated on the taxpayers dime.

by Anonymousreply 161September 4, 2021 3:44 PM

R161 Unlike your grandparents and great grandparents who left their homeland and family and had no contact, Muslims retain strong ties with their homes and extended families, both for cultural and financial reasons. Very often they retain property that is administered by the family back home. The generous freebies they receive allow them to maintain one family back home and another in the West.

[quote]but those carefully screened who are amongst those who can and will happily adapt.

R160 Why take a chance with a culture that has repeatedly displayed its contempt for and danger to the West?

by Anonymousreply 166September 4, 2021 3:55 PM

Islam is not like any other religion it is a complete and utter way of life . Islam tells how to eat how to sleep how to wipe your arse. It tells you Islam can not be questioned as it is PERFECT. It glorifies war and allows them to murder anyone who is not a Muslim. It treats women as property and murders gays. In Saudi Arabia and many other Islamic states if you are brave enough to say I am no longer a Muslim you are immediately placed in a mental hospital and will remain there until you recognise Islam again. It is an overwhelming murderous cult that the the west should be monitoring closely. Anyone who shouts out Allah U Akbad.as they blow you up or stab you is not to be trusted anywhere in the west.

by Anonymousreply 167September 4, 2021 4:09 PM

Muslim refugees must be taken in by other Muslin countries. Its the only way our governments can guarantee our safety. Import the third world and you become the third world. I have no problem with providing them with aid but having them here compromises our safety.

by Anonymousreply 192September 4, 2021 5:24 PM

r217 That is a very cynical take!

by Anonymousreply 219September 5, 2021 2:53 AM

r180 if the number 120,000 Afghan refugees destined for the US is real, that still represents a tiny fraction of our total population. Look at it this way. There are 19,000 incorporated villages, towns and cities in the US. If each one of those took 10 refugees, that would completely absorb this "frightening" influx of Afghanis. Even if they only settled in the top largest 300 cities, that would equal 400 refugees per city, or roughly the number of people who live in one large apartment complex. Sort of like the "scary" caravan of people heading through Mexico seemingly destined for the US, this represents such a tiny fraction of the US population, it is a drop in the bucket. The average attendance at a county fair exceeds 2000 a day in the most podunk locales in the US.

People are making much of the fact that Putin is not allowing Afghans to settle in Russia. Russia is only the largest of 20 or so former Republics of the USSR. Many of those, on Russia's southern border are majority Muslim. Kazakhtan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan. These nations are undoubtedly taking in Afghan refugees. Many of them border on Afghanistan, and their borders are porous, meaning they are sparsely populated and untended, so whether or not they are "officially" welcoming Afghanis, Afghanis are going to be crossing their borders. In many cases, fleeing Afghanis have tribal affiliations in these nations and speak related languages. Don't be misled by the strong words that Putin is saying in public. He doesn't have any control over these other nations and over what is happening on their borders.

[quote]By all means, let's promote the message that every single Muslim in the entire world is exactly the same as every other Muslim.

And since you're around R223, referring to your post at R114, could you please highlight the differences in politics, tactics and especially goals of Sunni and Shi'a, as well as Muslim countries such as Iran, Iraq, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Dubai, Algeria, and Morocco, and Sudan, as well Muslim groups such as Muslim Brotherhood, DAESH, Hezbullah, Hamas, Boko Haram, Al Shabbab, Abu Sayyaf, Al Qaeda, Darul Islam, and the Riyad-us Saliheen Brigade.

In addition, could you please highlight the differences between a Muslim in Paris who screams Allahu Akbar before beheading a teacher, a Muslim in Jerusalem who screams Allahu Akbar before detonating his suicide belt and a Muslim in London who screams Allahu Akbar before crashing a lorry into a crowd at a bus stop.

by Anonymousreply 226September 5, 2021 9:07 AM

The numbers of Muslim terrorist acts is very small compared to the number of white supremacist terrorist acts. Obviously 9/11 was a huge loss of life and of property, and colors all of our thinking about the dangers of radical fundamentalist Muslims, but in fact, the perpetrators were not US citizens nor were they refugees. They were here on temporary student visas and their alarming communications were reported but never followed up on by the Bush Administration. There is no particular reason to assume that refugees from a repressive regime hate America or want to destroy it. Lest anyone think that this is an unprecedented number of Muslims arriving here, guess again:

"In 2005, more people from Muslim-majority countries became legal permanent United States residents—nearly 96,000—than there had been in any other year in the previous two decades.[11][12] In 2009, more than 115,000 Muslims became legal residents of the United States.[13]"

There are about 3.5 million Muslims already living in the US. If they (collectively) were a hotbed of terrorists, then the FBI would NOT be labeling white supremacists as the most dangerous group to domestic security, it would be labeling the Muslim community as the most dangerous group.

by Anonymousreply 227September 5, 2021 9:09 AM

R227 America has enough local "terrorists" and you want to import more because according to you, they commit less terror than the locals? Seriously?

by Anonymousreply 228September 5, 2021 9:11 AM

[quote]There is no particular reason to assume that refugees from a repressive regime

ALL Muslim countries are "repressive regimes".

[quote]hate America or want to destroy it.

Muslims have done a bang-up job of displaying their hatred for non-Muslims everywhere from Europe to Africa to Asia. America has already had experience with Muslim terror. Which they should completely ignore because you believe that America should be as gullible as Europe and accept people who consistently display hatred for and are a danger to the West. Seriously?

by Anonymousreply 229September 5, 2021 9:18 AM

by Anonymousreply 230September 5, 2021 9:22 AM

R230 I don't need subjective "polls" to deflect from the horror Muslims have caused in the US, Europe, Africa and Asia. The only ignorance is your "let's pretend" deflection and avoidance of reality.

by Anonymousreply 231September 5, 2021 9:26 AM

R223 R227 R230 I await your response to R226 on the individuality of 1.7 billion Muslims.

by Anonymousreply 232September 5, 2021 9:30 AM

So in other words, the fact that some of the world's terrorist acts have been committed by Muslims is sufficient evidence for you to believe that all Muslims are inherently violent and dangerous. Interesting. Do you have the same opinion about white people in the US? After all, white supremacists in the US are, by definition, all white. Doesn't that mean that all white people then are inherently violent and dangerous?

(In case you are wondering, that is covered in logical fallacies 101)

by Anonymousreply 233September 5, 2021 9:31 AM

R233 The fact that Muslims cannot live peacefully either with each other and especially not with the West is sufficient evidence to believe that Muslims are a danger to the West and should not be accepted as migrants. The fact that you choose to ignore decades of Muslim attacks and terror does not detract one iota from its reality.

by Anonymousreply 237September 5, 2021 9:39 AM

There are many more deaths in the US of citizens killing one another with firearms as a percentage of population than in almost any Muslim majority country in the world. So apparently, NON-MUSLIMS can also not live with one another peacefully. Your arguments are straw arguments. There are radical Muslim groups in many areas of the world that cause a lot of problems and a lot of deaths. But, just as white supremacists don't represent the majority of white people, radical Muslim groups don't represent the vast majority of Muslim people. I'm not going to argue any more with you, because you don't even understand the logical fallacy that you keep repeating OVER AND OVER AGAIN

by Anonymousreply 238September 5, 2021 9:40 AM

[quote]radical Muslim groups don't represent the vast majority of Muslim people.

"Radical" is a Western-invented adjective. So are "fundamentalist" and "extremist". For 1.7 billion Muslims there is only Islam, represented by groups pursuing jihad against the Infidel, whose actions against the West can be seen in Europe, Asia and Africa. And, if R238 has anything to say about it, in America too.

[quote]NON-MUSLIMS can also not live with one another peacefully.

Speaking of repeating over and over AND OVER again, there is not enough local violence, America should import more?

Still waiting for your response to R226 about all those differences between those individualist Muslims.

[quote]Putin deliberately destabilized Syria

Putin didn't destabilize Syria. That happened because Bashar isn't the brutal tyrant his father Hafez was, was considered weak and ripe for challenge. In addition, Syria is the latest pawn in the chess game for power and control between the Mullahs and the Sauds. Russia has had an interest (Tartus, the naval port leased by Russia) going back to the 1970s, when Hafez wanted Russia's financial/military patronage.

R238 Interesting. What are the views of Muslims of Gay people? In America you are at pains to paint everything as tolerance. Is that the same in all other countries?

My limited understanding of Islam is they want us fucking dead. Completely wiped off the face of the earth. While there might be some subtlety regarding this in individuals, the fact that the largest killing of Gay people in America was by ( surprise) an Islamic extremist, makes me say. Make the case for White Supremacy as much as you like. In the rest of the world, Gay people know Islam wants them dead. It is pretty simple. Nothing I have seen has made me change my mind on this.

Yes, your view of Islam is extremely limited. There are a multitude of opinions in Islam just as there is in any other religion. It ranges from the right wing to liberal, just like any other religion. Muslims who come to American want to live he specifically because of the tolerance Americans show. They see how cities thrive when everyone contributes and view gays accordingly.

Russia has a large Muslim minority.

R259, my husband is an immigrant, mostly German ethnicity. He has dark brown eyes, and when tanned, can pass for other ethnicities. His first job here was among immigrants. When they asked where he’s from, he jokingly said Turkey. He said the things his “fellow Muslims” said shocked him, and do to this day. They were kind and accepting to the “white devils” to their faces. Completely different among their own. So, take what people, in general, tell you as self serving, and with a grain of salt.

by Anonymousreply 266September 6, 2021 1:38 AM

“I know where the Islam hater trolls come from. Moscow!

—Anonymous” r264

You wish. It serves your purpose to think Russian disinformation. After all ,Americans lazy thinking says if you don’t think like me your a Nazi or Russian. Apparently the rest of the world does not exist outside this limited view.

Do you know why I am cautious about Islam? Experience. Know that News report on r256? Those 3 men killed in Reading were all Gay. Just quietly having a drink in the sunshine, after being locked up in shut down. Then all 3 were stabbed to death.

In Berlin ,I was staying at a hotel when one night there were bangs on the door. The manager answered it. After some talking , the door closed and the manager sighed and came up to me and said. “ Just another Gay immigrant who had been bashed to an inch of his life in the migrant camp, by his inmates. The authorities were going door to door trying to find somewhere for him temporarily. It happens all the time”.

Again and again I saw incidents like this. A lovely Iranian guy I met , who had to flee the country when he was told that someone found out he was Gay and that the authorities had been notified he was to be arrested and would be put to death. This was after years of blackmail.

I find Middle Eastern men hot. Every individual Muslim person I have met is lovely. But as a group, they want us dead. That is fact in my lived experience.

No, r268. 7% of Russia’s population is Muslim. Larger, if you include Chechnya and illegal immigrants from the former Soviet republics.

by Anonymousreply 271September 6, 2021 4:36 AM

Islam needs a reformation like Protestantism with Catholicism. Islam doesn't evolve and adapt like Christianity does.

by Anonymousreply 272September 6, 2021 4:54 AM

Islam cannot and will not ever evolve, moderate, enlighten or progress. Because Islam is perfect. The Prophet said so.

by Anonymousreply 273September 6, 2021 5:02 AM

Good luck with that r272. Unlike the Bible, a collection of stories by different people, open to interpretation, the Koran is not. Every single word and comma is supposed to have been the word of God ,through the Angel Gabriel. Try and work out which one’s aren’t God’s direct words and watch the knives come out.

Islam has had many periods of tolerance and Renaissance. They always, always end the same way. Death for all those for tolerance and a more rigid system. Islam is nothing like Christianity. The people who keep saying this could occur are imposing their Western beliefs onto a Religion with no Central authority. Who do you go to? Who would change it? Who would dare put their lives on the line and lose it with no possible result. You have to look at things as they are, not what you want them to be.

by Anonymousreply 274September 6, 2021 5:03 AM
