What difference does it make when it was first published? I'd like to know the reasons and circumstances that led to his release on this first charge? Was the evidence not strong or was it for other reasons? Like Covid issues? I'd hate to think there were political reasons he wasn't detained.

What were the circumstances of the offense? Eg, violent sexual offenders usually reoffend. They are some of the worst offenders to rehabilitate.
