I think they are planning to just live permanently in the Hamptons rather tha keeping up properties in both places.

They realized they were not safe walking in Marcus Garvey park or really anywhere in Harlem with the homeless population running around terrorizing them despite throwing up black power signs.

NPH just signed up for a series with Darren Starr.....Sounds like it's going to be a Gay "SATC"....On Netflix...

Lots of people have good reason to get the fuck out of NYC these days. Its not like they are doing any work there. And if Neil can go back to the stage he can rent an apartment. Why raise kids there?

OP is worse than Hitler in an orange sport coat. She knows there's another thread, because it's in the main feed right next to this one.

Sweetie I have been here a really long time and have started 150 threads with 5941 relies. I search every time and alas nothing came up. However, if I managed to offend you, good.

I can't find an original thread either r7.

All that time and money spent on the place, including installing a vintage bar āsourcedā from an old hotel, and for what? āWHO WANTSA BUY DIS?ā

House still hasn't sold. Now off market "temporarily".
by Anonymous | reply 11 | November 27, 2021 12:43 PM |
They had to sell, Ms. Burtka won't go to Harlem in ermine and pearls.

Itās a pity that they havenāt killed you yet, R2.
But thereās still time. A girl can dreamā¦

No comment on the added fourth monkey in the "see no evil" milieu.

R6 and 7, if you're going to criticize someone for posting something that has already been posted, check to see what the title of the original post is. How can someone assume " Well, well, well" is about Harris and Burtka selling their brownstone? That's the problem with trying to see if the subject has already been posted.

Thank *YOU*!

No. There are daily shootings in Harlem and anti-white sentiment is strong. I used to wander up there without a second thought. I donāt do that anymore.

There's a Shake Shack on the corner. It's an interesting location. Pretty strongly gentrification vibe. There's a hair braiding salon on the ground level buildings on both sides.

Who uses it: NPH, Burka or the props?

Lovely home!
by Anonymous | reply 20 | November 27, 2021 3:39 PM |
Maybe they rented the place out with a year or two lease. It wasn't moving as a sale, with barely 20 people on various listing sites "saving".

MARY r17! They live near 125th street Station right, if you are afraid of that section of Harlem I don't even know what to tell you. Antiwhite sentiment my ass, tons of non-black people live in that area, it's not the hood.
by Anonymous | reply 22 | November 27, 2021 4:30 PM |
Thereās still time r17. Stay frosty.
On second thoughtā¦š

*Update*
Property sold at record price for part of Harlem.
NPH wins again you haters!
by Anonymous | reply 24 | May 26, 2022 2:24 PM |
These guys have taste. I love the way they've styled their home.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | May 26, 2022 2:27 PM |
For those keeping track of such things, NPH sold his Harlem property for excess of one million more than he paid for new home in the Hamptons, LI.
Power gays know how to make money....
by Anonymous | reply 26 | May 26, 2022 2:27 PM |
So they bought it for 5.5 and sold it for 7.1

From above The Real Deal link...
"They appear poised to more than double the $3.6 million they paid for the five-story brownstone in 2013. The couple renovated the property with Los Angeles-based interior designer Trace Lehnhoff and New York architect Jeffrey Povero, but many original details from the 1908-built property remain"

This "they" fantasy is cute.
"They" didn't buy this house. Neil's homo starlet money did. David Burtka couldn't earn a nickel catching hot coins at Kevin Spacey's house.

The decor is cloying in its attempt at whimsy and wit.
