Don't know about Buster but Harold Lloyd was rumored to be one of the most well hung actors from the silent era. People who knew Mildred said she was a delight and in later years she and Harold were devoted to each other, so I guess they eventually worked everything out. I've always felt sorry for her, Harold may have been a comic genius but he was a deeply flawed man.

I'm guessing you are referring to "One Week." His costar Sybil Sealey was the aunt of fashion designer William Travilla. Sealey, a former Sennett Bathing Beauty, was perhaps Keaton's favorite actress to work with in five or six films of his later films.
