Sometimes it's full of water, plus 9 regular eels and 1 electric eel. Sometimes it's full of mashed potatoes and country gravy. Sometimes it's just empty, and Marie Osmond can break her neck hitting the floor with a thud.

As explained above, Alphonso Ribero WAS The Tap Dancing Kid on Broadway and actually has a dance named after his character on "Fresh Prince". Jennifer Grey starred in the dance film called "Dirty Dancing" and they both WON. Mariu Henner starred on Broadway in the original cast of "Grease", Over Here" and danced Fosse in "Chicago' and more and more in 30 seasons. Jane Seymour was accepted into the Bolshoi ballet company when she was young - Sabrina Bryan majored in "Dance" at university - figure skater Kristi Yamaguchi won - figure skater Evan Lysacek competed - many many examples... Unlike some of the other former Broadway dancers that the show has had, like Marilu Henner and Valerie Harper, Kloots was dancing on Broadway as recently as 2014 and this gives her an advantage that some of the other folks don’t.

I understand that ABC figures viewers don’t want to see a cast full of total beginners (the prospect of several Martin Kove-level dancers is frightening!) but I wonder what the other contestants must feel like knowing they’re completing against dancers with years of training and experience.

Iman & Daniela rocked it this week! He's been on a roller coaster since the beginning. I thought his very first dance was fun and he really showed his personality... and the judges scored him low. Then the next week, he was much more reserved and stiff, in my opinion, but he got higher scores. This week was so damn good. Jojo was also incredible. Jojo clearly still has the "work on it till ya got it" mentality from her "Dance Moms" days. She doesn't settle for "good", she is committed to nailing it. She & her partner are really showing that a dance couple doesn't have to dance as a "romantic" couple. The "Grease" dance showed that, as did this week's "It" performance.

But Iman did no dancing (because he can't dance), it was just lift after lift after lift. That's not what a contemporary dance is.

Not really true at all R500. His lines were sharp, his isolations were on point, the lifts were great and his feet were not too far off point. The dance deserved 9's, not a perfect score. But Iman is definitely learning to dance while some others are fading.

Daniella is probably the most rewarded competitive ballroom dancer in DWTS history. Quiet as it's kept. I love that she is so naturally sexy and fluid and sharp and precise. No nose or boob jobs. Not yet. She and Iman have a great rapport. I think they are a pleasure to watch.

The gymnast has to be the WORST world class athlete competitor they've ever had. She's terrible and just doesn't have a sense of time or movement. She doesn't even do good backflips. Sasha always goes further than he deserves to. Suni ain't shit. And Amanda Kloots is a far sharper and more beautiful dancer than Cheryl this season. Chubby, uninspired Cheryl and her obnoxious partner also need to go. He's an idiot who gives gay men a bad name. Bring back Adam Rippon!!

Iman and Daniella should make the finals. They're charismatic as hell. Tall boy can dance. Daniella is a secret weapon on this show. Like a few others before her. She's not likely to win because she's not cookie cutter enough - but she is the standout female pro dancer and choreographer this season. For the men, it never changes. VAL is head and shoulders above the rest. He's not only talented and cute, he's very creative and versatile choreographer. Val is a beautiful contemporary dancer. He and the cheating lying girl need to perform a good contemporary number FAST. Val is in the DWTS hall of fame! My heart.❤

It's nice to see the interracial couples continue on. They deserve to be there, still. On merit.

Sasha and Sunni are not IT. She is in danger of WINNING. Her movements are so small and without even great extension. She's underwhelming and Sasha always sucks. But she won an Olympic medal and they both appear to be virgins - so that always wins votes. Plus she puked. She's a shockingly bad dancer for a gymnast of her calibre. Look at Shawn Johnson's incredible performances - both times she was on the show. As great as Derek is, she was better paired with Mark Ballas. Amazing performances from a short stubby girl. Truly beautiful. She came back as a woman and competed with Derek. She's was thicker - but still Aces. Sunni ain't none of that. She has no feel for this at all.

Artem is always such a cold fish. Weirdly disconnected from every partner he ever had including the very hot number he married - Nikki Bella. He's one of the better dancers but just off putting. Melora is the second best competitor on the show. Her footwork is gorgeous, and her natural stance and posture are what Amanda *rockettes* on with. Artem should look like he knows Melora. I'm sure the problem is his - none of his partners ever get anything from him in the taped segments or the after dance critiques. He fakes excitement, but never meets their eyes. Strange dude.

Val and Jenna are going to go husband to wife, head to head in the finals. For sure. Jojo ain't going nowhere before then. The judges will never eliminate her. She's too damn good. Weird chick but a sexy butch dancer. Nice contrast with Jenna. Their partnership maybe a gimmick but the way they change lead and dance together is both very creative and often quite beautiful.

That said, Val and Olivia DESERVE to win. They are a magical couple and she's a lovely young woman. No matter what her parents did. Most importantly - she is the most beautiful dancer on the show - if not the big ringer. She has only natural talent, a young body, great instincts and a fantastic teacher. Val likes her and works beautifully with her. Maybe closer than we know.....
