Pee-pee sharp pains in shower

When I’m in the shower sometimes I get these sharp needly pains in my winky. Why might that be? Is it common?

by Anonymousreply 15August 14, 2021 2:33 PM

The water is too hot.

Stop using soap to jerk off

Kidney stones, I bet.

Urinal tract infection OP. Drink more water you unhealthy, dehydrated fucktard! I bet you are American too and live on nothing but alcohol and soda drinks!

No, it's not common. Kidney stones or prostatitis or diabetes mellitus or just obesity.

Diabetes causes nerve pain in your extremeties like your hands, your feet, your....winky; unfortunately it signals damage that is beyond repair. I'm sorry, Pepe.

"Is it common?" Apparently for you it is.

Can I have your stuff?

Kidney stones would only cause a sharp pain in the penis when and if the person was attempting to pass a stone during urination. Otherwise the pain would be a very hard (bring you to your knees) pain in the lower back and side.

Likewise a urinary tract infection would likely only cause pain (burning) during urination. And drinking plenty of water WILL NOT clear up a UTI. Only antibiotics will do that. Plus, you would experience a fever at the beginning of a UTI.

As opposed to Europeans who live on nothing but alcohol and cigarettes.

R10 drinking adequate water everyday won't clear a urinary tract infection once it's already severe, but to prevent it from happening in the first place, adequate water intake DOES keep it away. Unless OP has kidney damage by now from the severe dehydration pattern in his life or caught an STD/STI, then yes he'll need antibiotics.

It sounds like you might have a water allergy. Try cleaning your winky with bleach.

It's interesting that many (if not most) gay men who practice bareback top anal sex with bottoms who aren't fully cleansed don't realize they can acquire a very nasty urinary tract infection. If one microscopic bit of fecal bacteria gets into the pee hole of the top it can work its way up the urethra into the kidney and he'll end up with a very nasty kidney infection.
