It’s in a bad part of Pennsylvania called Pennsylvania.

That could be any rural area of the US where decent folk are embarrassed to be seen outside of foliage season.

It's practically the whole state between Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.

I don't know where it is but Pennsylvania has 3 regions: Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Pennsyltucky, OP's video was filmed in Pennsyltucky.

The Alabama part is better known as Pennsyltucky, after another hellhole called Kentucky.

Well I Googled "racist Pennsylvania electric billboard" and got so many results I decided to try Google images same thing, too many results to look through.

The worst part is they elect numbskulled boobs to the state legislature and they vote down any measure in the state that would be beneficial to us urban folk

by Anonymousreply 9August 11, 2021 12:27 PM

thank God it's not my part of PA. where I live it used to be almost all red but has turned blue. even the letters to the editor are 10 to 1 against the GOP.

by Anonymousreply 10August 11, 2021 12:37 PM

Where are all the yard signs?

by Anonymousreply 11August 11, 2021 12:42 PM

We call rural and central PA, Pennsyltucky.

Idiots who vote against their own interests.

That map at R5 is way too generous. At a minimum, both Berks and Lancaster counties are 'tucky, with Lancaster and Reading being 'tucky con sazón.
