Do you have to be either Team Woody or Team Mia? Can you believe that he molested Dylan AND that she is also a terrible mother to her adopted children?
She has nine adopted children and five biological children: Fletcher, Matthew, and Sasha with Andre Previn, and Ronan and Dylan. Of the nine adopted children, two of them (Soon-Yi and Moses) have said she was a terrible parent to them, physically abused them, and Soon-Yi said she made the non-white biological children fetch and carry for the white biological children. Of the others, Tam and Thaddeus both committed suicide, and Lark died of HIV/AIDS. Mia will have nothing to do with her granddaughters by Lark, or with her granddaughters by Soon-Yi.
If this were anyone else and the matter of her parenting were not obfuscated by the question as to whether or not Allen molested Dylan, I think it would be quite clear she is a disastrous parent and that she had no business adopting all those children.

That HBO series was intended as a hatchet job on Allen, but I came out of it thinking he was weird, but innocent. However, it provided so much evidence of Mia's neglect and manipulativeness.
My favorite moment was Ronan talking about how he observed changes in Dylan's behavior after the "attic incident." Doing the math, he seems to have been about 5 years old then.
And Mia driving Ronan to and from Bard everyday. That meant she was with him alone for three hours a day....while being absent from her other children for the entire day.. The casualness with which she assumes this is normal is chilling.

Their whole attempt at a family unit was a tragic freakshow. But yes, whatever one thinks of Allen ( and I don't think very highly personally) it is striking how messed up many of Farrows children became. The media is seemingly too in love with Mia and Ronan to mention it however. I have a few theories as to why there is so much credibility assigned towards the Farrows and so much indifference towards the adopted children but I will save it. These threads end in enough tears as is!

OP; Mia's 'grand daughters' purchased by Woody Allen, why on earth would you expect Mia wanting to have anything to do with them.
And besides Woody can't keep his hands of them and won't leave them alone so a visit would be out of the question.
