OP here, I've told this story before, but back during the 1989-1990 Dallas Cowboys football season, the gay TV sports guy, Dave Cody, told me at Uncle Julio's (Austin gay bar) that EVERYONE knew Troy Aikman was gay back then. He even had several hookups in Austin and Dallas.

Gary Fencik. Everyone said so at the time of the Superbowl Shuffle (1985). He was also supposedly spotted at Sidetrack at the time. But then, many celebrities have been spotted at gay bars. I suppose it's a way to get away from being hit on by women all the time.

It was funny, he refers to his friend JP a bunch and even links to his blog. I read JPs blog when it was written and I even remember seeing him on Grindr and Scruff around NYC. I emailed him once early on via his contact info on the blog but he never responded to me. All for the best as some of his later posts were total turn-offs for me. I would not have meshed well with him.
