What is his problem?
Tarik Nasheed defends Da Baby and attacks white gay men
by Anonymous | reply 39 | August 4, 2021 2:20 AM |
Eh, he's not entirely wrong. Everything goes too far these days. Da Baby is a fucking trash moron, but god knows this whole notion of cancelling every person who says anything we don't like - dangerous territory.
by Anonymous | reply 1 | August 2, 2021 9:41 PM |
Who? And what the fuck is he talking about?
DaBaby fucked up - made a half-assed apology - then because he was dropped from several shows, he apologized again today - but not really. He's just trying to save his career.
If any white person said anything about black people like DaBaby did, they'd be gone. But somehow he wants to twist it around to racism by the white LBGT community.
And you ask why BLM has no part in gay pride parades.

He is OBSSESED with gay men and anal sex. A good majority of his tweets are about man on man sex.

Over the last three or four years black people have a serious issue with gay white men. Do they feel equality is a zero sum game and any equality we gain somehow diminishes them?
Remember when Dave Chapelle said this:
[quote]“You go ahead and feel something about your rights. But if you’re putting sexism and homophobia and transphobia in front of racism, you should be ashamed of yourself."
Black men really hate seeing any other minority doing well.

It's because of the white man !
It's because of the white gay man !
It's because of the cis white gay man !

Cancelling = capitalism at work.
If you don't like something, you don't buy it.

I can't even translate what DaBaby said, or even meant to say in his concert.
"If you didn’t show up today with HIV, AIDS, any of them deadly sexually transmitted diseases that’ll make you die in two, three weeks, put your cellphone light up,"
"Fellas, if you ain’t suck a nigga dick in the parking lot, put your cellphone light up. Keep it fucking real."
"My gay fans, they take care of themselves. They ain’t got no nasty gay niggas, see what I’m saying? They ain’t no junkies on the street."
What on earth does any of that nonsense even mean? It's too out there for me to even see the homophobia.

If he didn't say anything homophobic, then Sharon Osborne didn't say anything racist.
See how that works?
If he (and his commenters) think its not homophobic without the f word, then they should understand why Sharon didn't think she said anything racist.
Not that I agree, but its the obtuseness of it all.
Also. Straight black men gatekeeping what is homophobia is like white people gatekeeping what determines racism.

There are 45+ million black people in the United States. A twitter account and a tweet from Dave Chappelle (neither of which are specifically trageting at white men) = 45+ million black people "have a serious issue with white gay men." Do you now how ridiculous you sound. You do know that you can criticize black individuals without demonizing 40 million people because of the color of their skin. Some random tweet by some nonbody and comments by celebrities are the only contact you have with black people. Which = no contact at all. When whites say or do something offensive. You don't show here and demonize the entire white population. Even when the majority of white voters continues to vote for the anti gay Republican Party. You still would never reach the conclusion that they have a "serious problem white gay men." And those people and their votes actually impact your life, unlike random twitter comments or Dave Chappelle.

Gone where exactly? To the White House perhaps, remeber overt racist Trump became president and 57% of white voters voted to re-elect him. Whites issue racist commentary constantly and constantly demonize nonwhites for pushing back. Racism helps keep right wing media in business. Datalounge is filled with racist commentary.

Most dataloungers certainly defended Sharon Osbourne and they don't even like her. Whites are constantly telling nonwhites how to think and feel about racism. You mention that like its not the norm. Dataloungers do it constantly.

Tarik Nasheed? Of course he defends Da Baby. Did you expect anything else from that asshole?
by Anonymous | reply 17 | August 3, 2021 3:42 AM |
This was always going to happen. Always. Once Gay people got Gay marriage we were always going to become divided.
At the moment everyone is about who is most oppressed in society. As a Gay White Man I do not have the oppression points other groups have. It is pretty obvious we would end up being seen as the elite, as are White people women etc.
When you have an oppression Olympics in society like we do and it is based on Race , White people were always going to be screwed, always. This is why this whole talk of Race is so toxic. No good can ever come by telling the Majority they have to shut the fuck up and by telling everyone they need to define themselves by Race. It is racist to do this, but it also means things will only get worse.

Sharon OsbourNe literally did say nothing racist. The problem people had was that she was rude to a black woman on air. And is friends with piers who criticized a black woman.

Dave Chapelle has more influence than any American politician. And he uses that influence to demonize white gay men.

Dave Chappelle is a cunt ass bitch who can fuck off and die. And he can take that cunt Michael Che right along with him.

Exactly! This stupid motherfucker obviously has some internal issues he hasn’t dealt with.

R5 This is nothing new. Four out of five Black Americans identify as Christian. The homophobia has been there for years. It's baked into the White Savior delusion. They will always hate gay people.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | August 3, 2021 12:41 PM |
I love how Black (supposedly) straight men always talk about “white gay men” - as if there are no Black gay men and as if Black gay men are OK with DaBussy’s comments.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | August 3, 2021 12:41 PM |
Nasheed is a nutjob, a few seconds on his Twitter will tell you that.
Straight men of all types, especially religious men, put their own rights ahead of everyone else's. That goes for whites, blacks, Latinos, Asians, everybody.
Pointing to a nutjob like Nasheed or a rich black man with an obvious personality disorder like Chappelle and saying the entirety of American blacks feels the same way is just wrong.

Blacks have their own continent where they are not under the rule of whitey. How’s that going for them?

[quote]I love how Black (supposedly) straight men always talk about “white gay men” - as if there are no Black gay men and as if Black gay men are OK with DaBussy’s comments.
In his first 8:46 show Dave Chappelle was pissed about something Don Lemon said and Chappelle said:
[quote]“Don Lemon is a funny newscaster because he’s clearly gay, but … he’s the anomaly. He’s black and gay, but unlike my other black and gay friends, he’s got this weird self-righteousness …”
First off, it's funny that Dave Chappell would be accusing someone else of being self-righteous. Clearly he feels that black gay men who, in his opinion, act like white gay men are deserving of ridicule.

After he walked away from his TV show Chappelle went to Africa to get his head straight, as he put it. But he went to the safe Africa--South Africa.

This guy made a whole documentary called "Buck Breaking" all about how white gay men are emasculating black men and turning them gay. Or something like that. He is beyond obsessed.
by Anonymous | reply 35 | August 3, 2021 1:06 PM |
Can anyone please translate what he was saying at R8?
by Anonymous | reply 36 | August 3, 2021 5:22 PM |
R35 - I'm assuming it was about that asshole in WeHo with the last name of Buck who overdrugged black prostitutes with crystal meth, killing two of them. If he extrapolated that one case into a whole societal movement, then yes, he's off his rocker.
