The allegations of actual ILLEGAL activity (abuse, drugs/alcohol offered to minors on set etc.) need to be properly investigated, but it doesn't look like anyone is willing to press charges. Eli Bennet is throwing little digs at Helix every now and again that make him look more vindictive than traumatized, and all the other alleged victims seem to have moved on.

Alright, let’s settle something here. A few weeks ago Eli went live on Instagram (very few were there, and I was there) and had said some very small but significant pieces of details related to the entire case of his with KM. From my observation, what I can say to be deemed as the truth was that they had a relationship. Eli and Keith was a sugar daddy to a sugar baby. They BOTH agreed on this kind of connection with eachother. So how is it a shocker that he made Eli dance and strip on his pole? They both lied. Keith lied about his behavior and relationship behavior towards his models and Eli lied about him being made to dance and strip when that’s basically what’s expected if u wanna be a sugar to your daddy of which he obviously agreed to do. We can talk about how Levi Rhodes was also a engaged in that kind of relationship with his boss but never spoke up about it but that’s another conversation, also since he was also coming at Keith. Ever since moving to Vegas, it's the same drudgery. With the exception of Vegas Nights (and a lot of that success is due to Cameron Parks IMO), the move to Sin City has resulted in very lacklustre content. And despite their travels to Lauderdale and Austin, to film on location, the only success has been Return to Helix Academy (though it wasn't as good as the first I admit) when they filmed b-roll in San Diego (and gave Trevor Harris a very fitting goodbye...).

I'm guessing performers are told prior to shooting what the director's 'vision' for the scene looks like, and have to agree to every aspect (number and identity of people involved, postions, toys etc.). However, when it comes to sex, you can't plan everything in advance, and it's easy to ignore an agreement and violate someone's boundaries when there are drugs involved.

I'm not sure how often Helix has filmed with intoxicated performers, but I've seen scenes from other studios where it was glaringly obvious a performer (usually the bottom) was high on something, and I found it creepy and disturbing to watch. I almost felt like I watching someone being raped. I don't know how studios think they can get away with that in this day and age.
