R20 - term limits are needed across the board. It just encourages and supports corruption and self-interest.

If presidents are allowed two terms (8 years), then 12 years should be the max for Senators and Reps (2 terms and 6 terms each).

And they need to get rid of the 2 year terms for Reps - that's just ridiculous.
