Deal with it
Every bird on earth is essentially a flying dinosaur descendant.

I told my mom birds were just lizards with wings and it depressed her.
And how do those tiny things endure months of brutal winter with very little to eat? I always feed them in the cold months. They also help themselves to whatever the stray cats don't finish.

Now I want that thing in my apartment , OP. Like a nitelite.
Also, word has it that a distant cousin of this species or the species itself, has been spotted flying in LA, instead of walking in LA - so maybe they’re into the “Missing Persons” like me?!?
I watched a really cool livecast on YouTube around 3 months ago, hosted by a university professor/zoologist/archeologist, who theorized that this is totally a possibility and why.
I’m going to try finding it, as this video I’m posting is cheesy AF except for the accompanying, piano Sonata.

Why did it depress her?

[quote] Pterosaur Are Just Flying Dinosaurs
Not “just”, Clarice.

Pterosaurs weren't actually dinosaurs.

Correct, R7.
Similar at first but eventually, different when following down the cladistics “tree”, so to speak.
So OP is kinda right-“ish”, as are you, R7.

Lol, r7, I was waiting for someone to catch that 😂

Pterosaurs are more closely related to birds than crocodiles.
Oddly birds are more closely related to crocodilians than crocodilians are related to lizards, turtles and snakes.
