R5 exactly. ASD disorders are developmental, not meant to be grouped with disorders of personality or emotion. So many people get that wrong, because the fucking DSM is so poorly written and outdated.
Having Asperger’s myself (the female variant, granted), I would say Jeff is not one of the Tribe. He doesn’t fit the profile.

No but he's so irrationally greedy that it should count as a mental illness. Just the fact that he has more money than he can spend but still devotes time to making his warehouse worker's lives miserable so he can have MORE money. Amazon actually puts out ads where they brag about starting warehouse workers off at $16 an hour, that how toxic of a company they are. In a few years there will be ads bragging about the TWO!!! bathroom breaks warehouse workers are allowed to take. He's a bad person.
